And what the "expert" advised me there: before buying the product, the buyer, that is, I had to inspect the sole of the shoe (if dirty / worn, wipe it, because then you can't prove that it wasn't you who ruined the presentation, if you want to hand over) the insoles for "socks" with the seller, take a picture, etc because then to prove that 2 days after the purchase (when you bring unworn shoes to the store) You didn't ruin the presentation of the shoes.
There is nothing to say about the quality of the shoes, because I will not be able to wear this pair because of the rubbing of the seam.
I bought demi-season leather shoes in this store on Nemiga 3, I thought that this store had high-quality shoes, I found the perfect pair for myself! And the sellers were as polite and friendly as possible.
I was happy to put them on once, and after the first time there were white streaks ... Of course, I took them under warranty, I think, and I'm sure that this is NOT the NORM!!!
I came to the store and of course the goodwill of the seller immediately disappeared and the boorish attitude turned on, I quote our dialogue:

I bought a pair of grey winter suede boots at the LAUFER store in the Zamok shopping center on January 4, 2019. The boots are expensive – 360 rubles. They are very comfortable, look decent, the quality externally corresponds to its price, they fit perfectly. I wore it with pleasure, I couldn't get enough of it for exactly three weeks – my feet were warm and comfortable.
As soon as the frosts ended and the thaw began, it turned out that the boots were leaking terribly in the bow. Even with careful care, the use of expensive impregnations (protective spray and tinting), a ten-minute stay outside in wet weather conditions resulted in absolutely wet feet!
On February 3, 2019, within the warranty period, I took the boots back to the store (by prior phone call), wrote an application for a refund, and indicated the cause of the manufacturing defect. The appearance of the boots is almost perfect, without significant visible traces of socks. The store clerk at the Castle shopping center received the pair with obvious displeasure, tried to convince me that for suede shoes, leakage is a NORMAL process. Sorry, but boots worth 360 bel. rubles by definition should not and have no right to leak to the state of wet socks and feet!
The store gave a pair of boots for a state "examination", which I personally attended on February 4, 2019. The entire examination took no more than 10 minutes of a cursory external examination by a specialist, who "examined" the shoes visually, walked with a metal stick with a sharp end along the perimeter of the entire seam, looked at the sole through a magnifying glass and, of course, DID NOT FIND cracks and holes in the shoes. I asked you to take and just put a pair of boots in a basin with a small amount of water for five minutes to make sure that the shoes flow terribly instantaneously along the seam, where the gluing technology or the quality of the adhesive component, which freely passes moisture, is clearly violated. This was DENIED to me by the expert, because it does not comply with the "rules".
That is, it turns out that in order to prove the unsuitability of shoes in use, it is necessary that they have cracks and tears visible to the eye! There is no other way you can prove your case.
The whole point of such an "examination" came down to the fact that externally the shoes have no manufacturing defects, and since they were dry at the time of the examination, the consumer cannot prove anything!
Naturally, the store did not accept the shoes back, the money was NOT RETURNED and continues to sell LOW-quality shoes, which for a lot of money will inconvenience you, leak and disfigure your feet.
The disgusting attitude towards customers, the disregard of the expert and the seller of the Laufer store in the Castle shopping center forces me to write this negative review. Do not buy Laufer shoes, which have a lot of negative reviews on the web!
