I want to leave an extremely negative review about the Laurus clerical record system.
An elderly man was booked for an appointment at 12:30, but in fact he was accepted only at 13:30. Waiting for an hour in the hallway is unacceptable, especially for elderly people who find it physically difficult to be in such conditions.
The clinic's record system is clearly not organized properly. If you can't keep a schedule, why even offer pre-scheduled time slots? It feels like the patients here are treated like numbers, not like people who need help.
We are very disappointed. With this approach, the desire to apply here has completely disappeared. I hope the management will pay attention to these problems and review their organization.
