It's just TERRIBLE!
We purchased Lada Vesta SW in October of this year, in Minsk, but because it was closer to Soligorsk, we decided to pass it here. When recording to-0, she indicated that reverse gear was poorly switched on, the fender fastenings were lost and the hum increased with speed.
When transferring the car, they did a small run-in and the manager Artem (unfortunately I do not remember the last name) confirmed everything I said above!
An hour later they called to pick up the car ......
The oil was replaced because on a commercial basis, but about the rest it was said: they refused to look at the gearbox, justifying that up to 7000 is the norm, the fastening cannot be done because the bumper needs to be removed, but there is no engineer (who should give the go-ahead), the hum is due to the hub bearing, but because this is a warranty case, spare parts will be ordered and within 2 weeks we will be contacted and invited for a replacement.
It's been 3 weeks ..... silence....
I'm calling to clarify and make an appointment, where they tell me that they don't know if the spare parts have arrived for sure, but they offer to make a record...we stipulate the day and time of the proposed ones (they assure that repairs will be made in a few hours) ...
We arrive ..... And.....
Almost from the threshold, the girl declares that they will not do everything because they signed up for a day off and the time is later, they say you need to send everything for approval ..... "Leave the car and everything will be done within 2 weeks," we were told.How is it???? The malfunctions are the same as 4 weeks ago, which, according to Artyom, were sent for approval during the first arrival, and the time was negotiated from the proposed one with a re-indication of all malfunctions......We are shocked.... We begin the conversation accordingly in raised tones, after which we were assured that they would try to do everything before 20.00.OK. we leave, we go for a walk around the city because we are not local ourselves.
An hour later, a call: "You have a problem not in the bearing, but in the gearbox because there is a leak. Accordingly, they will not change anything today, leave the car " Tin.... Everything is boiling!!! We're going back.... Through swearing, the replacement begins.
By 19.00, all the stated malfunctions were eliminated, but with the gearbox it was said that they did not know if this was a warranty case...I'm interested, if it's not guaranteed, can we pick it up without making a replacement from them???- If you pay for the analysis and collection, we will be able to negotiate, followed by the answer.
After leaving this center, I realized that it was not worth leaving it just like that....
I am sure that at the first inspection they specifically did not look at the gearbox so that they could do it on a commercial basis instead of a guarantee!!!!!

I contacted this salon 4 times with problems with the warranty car and NEVER completely eliminated the problems with the car, some were only partially eliminated. Your car maintenance responsibilities are treated with respect
The cost of spare parts is better to compare. Sometimes the difference is twice with large stores. And there are no questions about the work and the cost of just maintenance (oil, filter). You can stop by. It is convenient to observe the work through a large window.
There were of course different moments, but I did not like the fact that for the sake of fastening that can be welded, they said you need to completely change the muffler.

Horror and nightmare!
We applied for warranty repairs to this organization. The service wants to be the best. They offered to pay for work on a warranty car, if not a guarantee, and if a guarantee, then for free. BUT to understand the warranty or not the warranty, you need to disassemble it. And you will pay for it. Some kind of laughter!
They also brought spare parts that did not fit the car. We practiced for two weeks, as a result - without results.
Don't step into this service anymore!
A huge reluctance to service warranty cars. As soon as the warranty ends, there is no problem..... and welcome. But as I understand it, this is company policy. Non-removal of warranty, as well as "jambs" after repair. I am 100% sure of one thing, with such an attitude towards customers, you will have fewer of them.
