Excellent location near the tram stop, the main attractions are within walking distance if desired, the staff is polite and friendly, the rooms are clean, cozy, simple but comfortable, we were in October 2019, we were very satisfied.
The hotel is located next to the metro, in a quiet courtyard, which is undoubtedly a plus. I can also refer to the positive aspects: Russian-speaking staff, a neat room and a bathroom, the ability to turn on the batteries for heating on my own. The negative sides include: weak sound insulation in the room, the roar of slamming doors, as well as the incomprehensible mode of the maid's arrival with cleaning, the absence of a shampoo shelf in the shower, etc.
A good place, the entrance is in the courtyard, so you can't hear the noise of cars. The staff is polite, speaks Russian. The reception is 24 hours, but I did not use it personally, there were no problems. The room keys can be with you all the time, you do not need to hand them over (I came across the opposite), come /go when you want, they also give you a magnetic card from the door at the entrance gate.
The studio room is small but cozy, the kitchen is equipped (see photo), there is a locker in the hallway, the plumbing in the bathroom is not very new, but it is clean and works without problems, the bed is large.
Located next to the metro (2min), as well as a tram stop, the entrance is not very noticeable, but there is a sign.
The metro has a Paul coffee shop, open from 7 a.m., as well as a grocery store, like 24 hours (if you leave the metro Andel, then turn the corner to the left and across the street).
