Three times in a month, I asked for an iced matcha latte, and they all made me a hot latte by mistake.This is simply incredible.If it is my responsibility，i had ordered an iced matcha latte at another lavazza for a whole year without any errors.This is too bad.If don't understand what I want, why don't you ask again?

I take coffee here from time to time. I can't figure out if it's delicious, or if I don't feel coffee at all and it's barely warm... It's like I bought some summer milk, not coffee. And yes, 15-minute breaks are the norm for this point, especially when the guy is on shift. He walks around, unpacks the goods, pays zero attention to the visitors...
