I take coffee here from time to time. I can't figure out if it's delicious, or if I don't feel coffee at all and it's barely warm... It's like I bought some summer milk, not coffee.
And yes, 15-minute breaks are the norm for this point, especially when the guy is on shift. He walks around, unpacks the goods, pays zero attention to the visitors... And whether there is a 15-minute break is a question.
Because the girl is somehow controlled, and he constantly has breaks.
