Cafe on the 3rd floor in the departure area (where the check-in is). Clean, cozy, you can charge your mobile phone. Delicious food (chicken fillet and rice sprinkled with dill and sweet red pepper) and black tea. The waitress is attentive and friendly. Everyone speaks Russian. Payment by MIR card or Armenian drams.

The prices are normal for the airport: large, but not prohibitive, the food is not that refined :) cordon Bleu (3500 drams) do not take it, it is too salty, dry, there is not enough filling. Pasta with mushrooms and chicken (3000 drams) is delicious, but ordinary. A teapot of tea 2200 drams. Tea is like tea. 10% for the service from above.
