I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day. The bouquet is not bad, more or less, the delivery is super, but the correspondence in Yandex.direct.....I had to drag out every word, the seller answered every few hours and one word at a time, called the wrong amount for payment, did not specify either the recipient's name or a convenient delivery time, nothing. It felt like I broke into the seller's house and extorted a bouquet😅 It is clear that there is a lot of workload during the holidays, etc. But please teach sellers how to correspond, it's really important🫶🏼
A disgusting manager in Whatsapp. Teach your staff how to communicate with customers 😓
It is strange that bouquets with cymbidiums are offered on Instagram and on flowers, but in fact there are none. The boorish manager does not know the difference between alstroemeria and cymbidium. The service is on the level, success! 😉
We ordered a composition in a gypsophila hatbox. It turned out to be a very pretty bouquet. The flowers are fresh, the staff was friendly, helped with the selection of flowers. The time was 20 minutes. Very convenient location, near a public transport stop.
The tulips bought on March 8 began to crumble on March 10. The bouquet was a mix of flowers, all the purple tulips were frozen. They had to be thrown away on the second day (
I won't take flowers here (
It would be possible to keep silent and not write such a review, but it's a matter of principle... someone has a good income, and someone has a so-so sediment for a holiday.
I bought 4 bouquets of tulips for my family on March 8th.
I ordered bouquets of the colors I needed for the day, i.e. March 7. On the phone, when ordering, they assured me that the flowers would be of excellent quality, large buds, the colors I needed, that there would be no force majeure!
As a result:
1. When I picked up the bouquets in the store, they said that there were no pure white tulips that were included in one of the bouquets and instead they would be light yellow. Okay, I thought, so be it, turning a blind eye to it then.
2. The size of the buds and the overall quality. Because the bouquets were packed in shipping paper, I could not immediately assess, and I did not. Because the polite staff on the phone and in the store itself were disposed to trust them. By the way, there are generally no complaints about the staff, for which I have 2 stars (polite, cultured, pleasant communication / service). But the buds turned out to be small, with defects ("jammed" during transportation, or a banal marriage / non-condition of the manufacturer). When I congratulated my family, I had the opportunity to compare my bouquets with the bouquets presented by other people on the same day. Tulips from La Fleur were objectively noticeably worse, smaller!!!
3. In the photo 2 of 4 bouquets a few days later. No beauty and "resilience"!!! I'm not an expert on colors, but it shouldn't be like that for me. PS: The water changed every day, the vases are in the usual places.
So:
1. Pleasant communication on the phone and in the store with the staff did not affect the outcome of the "purchase" on the day of March 8 in any way for the better. The quality of the product-colors leaves much to be desired!
2. Next time, I will most likely contact another store.
A great store with a huge selection of colors.
The flowers are fresh, the staff is excellent. Many thanks to Alesa, an excellent florist.
I will recommend it to all my friends.
A great store. Individual approach to the client. A huge selection of flowers and souvenirs. Soils , fertilizers, seeds. There is free delivery in the city. I recommend.
