We believed him and safely paid money (not small) for his services. Vitaly immediately said that our presence at the trial was not necessary, so we fully trusted him and were not present at the trials. The lawyer himself never called after the meeting, there was no interest at all, he constantly had to call and ask what and how it was at the meeting. Meanwhile, the meetings dragged on. As a result, he was not even present at the final court hearing. The court ruled at 15:30, Vitaly did not even bother to call and ask for a decision, he constantly told me on my call that they did not answer the phone in court! I had to dial myself, the phone was picked up in court on the first ring and they said that our case was lost! As a result, not only were we unable to sue our money, we also paid a lot of money for Vitaly, plus they hung all the legal costs on us! I strongly advise against this lawyer, a complete divorce for money.
