I asked them to arrange a trip to the sea, and despite the fact that I had specific requirements, Elena did everything possible to meet them. She suggested several routes, taking into account my budget and preferences.
During the planning of the entire trip, I received prompt answers to all my questions, as well as useful tips about places worth visiting. The booking of the hotel and air tickets was carried out without any difficulties.
What was especially pleasing was the work of the team during my trip. Once I had a little problem with the hotel, and I quickly contacted the agency. They immediately intervened and helped resolve the issue, which relieved me of stress.

Excellent service!!!
