Now I have to put one star. The owner has probably changed in the recreation area. Since the quality of service that was earlier, which, however, compensated for the high prices, did not remain from the word at all.
The service has ceased to be aimed at meeting the needs of the guest. Greed exceeds all limits.

We visit the Liner every year. This year we were moved into the building after the renovation. It's nice to see that the cleanliness is being monitored.
The rooms are always warm, but the air is very dry. We bring a humidifier with us, otherwise it is impossible to sleep at night.
The pool must be booked in advance and paid separately.
But there are also free entertainment: roller coaster, Playground, workshops for children, billiards, cinema.
You can also sing karaoke and play PlayStation for an additional fee.
There is one significant disadvantage for us: corporate parties.
This is the second time we get on them and it causes inconvenience in the restaurant. Since the main hall is occupied, the children and I are put on the terrace, in the smoking area.
Yes, we can easily get to the smoker neighbors. It's unpleasant.
The staff is not always well informed. For example, we booked a pool in the morning, came, waited in the cold, but it turned out that the reception did not transmit information about the reservation.
In the restaurant, the manager said that there would be non-smoking places, but there were none.

A wonderful place to relax. We regretted that we spent only 2 nights. Most of all, I can highlight the service: very attentive staff, trying to help in everything, everyone is smiling, well, just sweethearts.
A cool scheme of names. Each hull bears the name of a famous ship of great travelers, and the rooms are called cabins by all staff 🙂
We also need to say separately about the infrastructure: everything is in excellent condition: billiard tables, balls, cues, rackets and table tennis balls, a basketball on the court, an excellent swimming pool, large, clean. That's right, everything is as it should be, and not just "for show", which is. The territory itself is large and green, there is a place to walk.
Very tasty food is served in the restaurant according to the menu. Good breakfasts, not perfect, but delicious (cappuccino and other coffee excesses for a fee, no juices found, only black tea). By the way, keep in mind that the complex does not serve any alcoholic beverages. It is clear and correct, I think the resort is very focused on family holidays with children
Of the disadvantages, perhaps, the somewhat heavy and stale air in the rooms, or rather, in the cabins 🙂

A great place to relax, BUT unfortunately with the full occupancy of the complex, the restaurant cannot serve all guests. Perhaps in the summer, when the summer house is open, the situation is different. In terms of entertainment, everything is great: there is a football field, tennis court, basketball court, computer club, ps, karaoke, billiards, as well as a playground with babysitters.
