The ratings are clearly overstated, the room is shoddy, requires investments.
It's cold in the corridors, they don't give you slippers, as well as towels. The steam room is cold, you either have to fill the stones with water, which makes it impossible to stay, or just sit in a warm room on the floor. The pool is not warm! It's rather not icy just.
A tight three for the money. 4900 rubles in 2.5 hours
The rest is questionable, definitely not for connoisseurs of a good couple

We had a good rest. The price is reasonable. There are plenty of places, you can relax with a company of 10+ people. The steam room is good, the bass is big. But there are also disadvantages, unfortunately. In many places, repairs are very tired. There is a broken ceiling above the basik in many places. In the bass itself, the handle near some kind of device is strongly electrocuted. The billiard room really stinks of some kind of dampness, well, just really. To make the smell less, the billiard room is cooled to the state of the Arctic. The billiard table itself is uncomfortable, you rest your cue against the wall. The cues are dead, there are no crayons for the cue at all.

Yesterday, my wife and I visited the Cote d'Azur sauna, where we just got a cosmic feeling! A great bathhouse for a rather big company. There is enough toilet, the bathhouse is passable. Steam room is a separate topic, soft steam, do not burn; comfortable, wide shelves; clean and tidy. Brooms are available. A massage chair is a cool thing, but a little expensive.

We were in the sauna with our girlfriends, we really liked it. We are pleasantly surprised that the steam master (it was a bonus!!!) he steamed us all qualitatively, treated us to tea, treated us like dear guests!)) Everyone was friendly, everything worked, no complaints. They said that by the end of March there will be another bonus spa body care after soaring. We will definitely come again, a different quality of rest! Yes, I agree, the bathhouse needs repair, but it is planned in the summer, and it pleases!

We were there for the second time, now with the whole family, with children - and decided to write a review. Because this is the only sauna where you not only relax,
but feel the very spirit of health! Good air (it smells nice like a sauna, not a smoky place), a cool steam master (a lot of interesting chips, special herbal tea), and the atmosphere itself is cool. The only thing that's a little confusing is that it's too big. There are a lot of rooms,
corridors. It would be smaller, it would be more comfortable. Or maybe we still don't know a lot - next time we'll explore everything to the end and write))))

Sauna for one person. Yes, the room is large, but it requires major repairs. Mold has already grown on the upper sides of the pool. It's very cold in the billiard room. Steam does not stay in the steam room for a long time - the stones cool down very quickly. But the most disgusting thing is that you order for a certain number of hours with a prepayment, but in fact you are exposed to less (arguing for the pre-registration of another client). Of course, it is advantageous to bend in front of someone who ordered for 6 hours than in front of someone who ordered for three... Considering even what we ordered for a time that is always idle (from 9:00).
In no case do not buy brooms - soaked after two blows it flies into trash ...
It's better to find another place to relax!!!

The price / quality is normal, the bathhouse ..... for such a price it is quite for itself (here as luck would have it).
A great place for a "sudden" vacation. There is everything you need and a little more.
