Convenient location. It's like a 2nd tier, but you can quickly go down to both the geyser and the colonnade. It is possible to climb a steep ladder (to the first source, it takes about 5 minutes, 75 steps and a little bit along the slope). You can go outside - a little longer, but complete. You can use the street and the elevator for a bit. The elevator is 250 meters from the source to 6 meters. Pleasant rooms, no frills, cleaned regularly and cleanly. High-quality sanatorium service. Meals : breakfast buffet (2 cereals, cottage cheese, cereals, yogurt, 2-3 types of cheese and sausage, eggs, sausages, coffee, tea, juice - you will not stay hungry): lunch and / or dinner - order the day before from 2-3 options on the menu. They cook delicious, without problems for the digestive tract. Not for families with children! There is no animation or special places for children. Plus or minus, it's up to the client to decide. For me, it's a plus. We would rather open the borders!
This is our first time in Morava, we used to rest in the Colonade. We chose Morava based on the good reviews of our fellow citizens.
First impressions: (we are only here for the 5th day )
The hotel is pleasant, neat, located in the center, close to the springs. However, it's too high if you walk. But life is made easier by an elevator that lowers you directly onto the main street and to the source. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The medical base is quite sufficient, the food is good.
I was very touched by the attentive and caring attitude of the kitchen staff to tourists: a missed dinner was waiting for us at the reception.

Among the disadvantages: the street along which we go to the hotel is not attractive, it looks like a courtyard.
And the tour service is still disappointing. The trip time passes in complete silence, no information....????
Usually, the journey is very busy in terms of obtaining information. But the main thing is still ahead, let's see....
In general, everything is fine!
I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel and especially the hostess-we had a rest from March 1 to March 20, 2020. On March 16, quarantine was announced in the Czech Republic and at the same time we received an SMS that our Aeroflot flight was canceled. We panicked: neither we nor our relatives in Russia could find any information on how to act. We also applied to the consulate - formal replies. We decided to go to the airport and try to fly there somehow. They told the hostess about it, not hoping for anything anymore. She managed to rebook our tickets for the last Aeroflot flight. We continued our vacation. At the hotel, masks were placed next to the appliances for breakfast, although there is a shortage of masks in the Czech Republic, as well as everywhere else.
I would like to thank the cook separately. The food is dietary, but very tasty. And the potato gratin is simply beyond praise. In some hotels, the attitude towards vacationers deteriorated due to the coronavirus, in Morava we felt only general anxiety, but they tried to help us. In such difficult moments, the most important qualities of people manifest themselves. There are good people working at this hotel. Thank you very much.
