I was there twice, the first time (in the summer of 2023) I got the impression not of a restaurant, but of a southern cafe, too many "visitors" came to chat with the administrator, a young girl who constantly ran with bottles of wine for visitors, but insanely delicious food, attentive waiter. The second time (last week), the waiter and sommelier were extremely attentive, the atmosphere was wonderful, the feeling of a status European institution was overshadowed by the poisoning of the saute. I'm lowering the star for the incident. I'm not sure I'll be back.

This is the third time in this wonderful place, I admire the knowledge of the waiters and sommeliers. The food is insanely delicious, the menu does not contain a list of dishes, but you can always specify which dishes will be more satisfying. It so happens that I work in the building where the restaurant is located. I had to work on Saturday. I dreamed about coffee and waited for 11 a.m. I came to this restaurant.
But I entered through the "back entrance" from the building, not from the street. In this regard, they refused to serve me and pour me coffee.

It is unpleasant to realize that the restaurant does not serve water for free, as in other establishments of this level, but is being psychologically fooled. Namely: as soon as the menu was in the hands of the visitors, the waitress asks: "Can I bring you water?". You do not expect any trick in such an intention, but consider it as an ordinary offer, as in many restaurants in Minsk. Having agreed, the waitress quickly leaves, but after a few seconds returns and asks "carbonated or non-carbonated?". You realize this whole trick only when you see San Benedetto water for 17p 0.7l in the receipt.
