We had a rest with a child at the hotel "Le Figaro" in July. We offered this hotel because we wanted it with a swimming pool, it was not in the booklet. I'm so glad that we got here! Firstly, the stunningly beautiful territory: with palm trees, gazebos, sun loungers, garden swings, a swimming pool. Secondly, the rooms themselves: clean, cozy and bright, linen and cleaning on demand. Thirdly, these are the breakfasts that are included in the price: the volume and variety of dishes are such that if you eat everything, there is a chance not to go to the beach, but to roll! The sea is 100 meters away, waddling for 5 minutes. The hosts are attentive and helpful, the staff is always ready to help. In general, I recommend it to all friends and strangers who are traveling to Georgia!
The hotel and the rooms themselves are good. A beautiful cozy courtyard. But the service leaves much to be desired. We arrived at the end of September. We understood that there were few people in the hotel besides us. And apparently the owners decided that it was already the end of the season and they didn't have to bother. The pool was not washed at all. In the early days, it was possible to swim there. He was more or less clean. But by the middle of the rest, due to the fact that it was not washed at all and the water was not renewed, it turned green and covered with mud. And I'm not exaggerating right now. The backlight also stopped being turned on, apparently so as not to waste electricity. We liked to watch movies on TV in the evening before going to bed (there are many Russian channels here). But somewhere in the middle of the rest, the TV was not available to us, as well as wifi, because the owners did not
pay for the Internet. An error was displayed on the TV screen stating that the money on the balance sheet had run out. There are many different minor flaws, such as the fact that the locker door is faulty or the shower structure is poorly fixed to the wall and fell off. There are no mirrors in the room. A shower curtain would not hurt, because when you wash, all the splashes fall on the toilet and the floor. The breakfasts are normal. They offered to clean the room and we used this function once. I forgot to mention that when we stopped by, it felt like someone had just been evicted in front of us and forgot to even wipe the bathroom floor and toilet because everything was splashed and water. Everything would be fine if such obvious flaws were removed. It feels like the hosts scored completely.
The hotel itself is good, but the service is of course tin, immediately prepare for the fact that you will have to pour out the liquid from candea yourself, wipe the floors in the bathroom yourself, and in general, in 9 days there is not one cleaning, not one towel change. There are a lot of dogs in the yard who can safely lie down on chairs or swim in the children's pool. Among the advantages are good rooms, good air conditioning, the sea is within walking distance, a good sparsely populated beach, an excellent pool, good breakfasts. Oh, and there's more than one mirror in the room.
