If you want a European gloss and a French luxury in Sri Lanka. Namely, next to the fortress and keep the opportunity to swim in the ocean - this is the right place. It is a walk to the fortress, near Buddhist and Hindu temples. Both are very good, and especially after the restoration of the latter.
Nice hotel. The room is clean , although after cleaning I found a couple of hairs of the cleaner on the bed, for this I take off the star .
There is Wi-Fi
The room has air conditioning. Good water pressure in the shower.
Buffet , swimming pool at the hotel.
Beautiful view from the pros. One of the disadvantages is the old hotel. Dirty rooms, hair in the bed and on the floor. Stained facades, handles. To the left of the beach flows a dirty river where sewage and garbage are washed away, it is dangerous to swim. Disgusting food, very dirty dishes and the cherry on the cake is a rat that ran through the dining area.... For 78 t.r. this is a terrible place. Spoiled vacation…
A cool hotel!
Very secluded. Beautiful view of the Galais Fort.
Cool VIP rooms with a private pool, awesome views of the ocean, rocks, reefs.
There is a very picturesque entrance to the ocean, there are a lot of crabs running around). The Gale Fort is 5-7 minutes' walk away.
The food is delicious, 2 restaurants, a large selection of food, everything is very cool. In the morning there is a large buffet, you can have breakfast with a view of Fort Gale and the Indian Ocean!
Cool!

everything there is good, beautiful, expensive, rich, good cuisine, staff speaks English well. There is a nice beach and there are pools.
In general, I recommend it.
The quality of service has deteriorated, the price is high. Room cleaning is poor, seafood replenishment is very rare in the Fish Restaurant.
