The hotel is already shabby, you enter the entourage, everything is expensive and rich. The rooms are clean, but minor flaws create the opposite impression.1 is the lighting - 1.5 light bulbs per room - it's terrible, I asked for 3 days to screw the light bulbs into the bedside lamps, but alas! The curtains were partially torn off, and it was possible to hang them. The bathroom is a separate minus, clean! But, of course, it was possible to put plums, not holes, there are hair dryers, but take your own, the taps are buzzing so that you jump up. There were a lot of us, we were lucky - we had a door! And on the curtain with slits. Closets are fine, but there are no hangers, even if you glue the hooks, there is no light there again, the reflection from the toilet saved, but if someone occupied the toilet, you get dressed in the dark. And now a special "thank you" for the beds! A tree, even if you put mattresses on it, it feels like you're sleeping on the floor! The pillows and blankets are gorgeous! There is no heating, heating is an air conditioner, but you need talent to set it up, and when it buzzes all night, too, it does not please, the switch, you enjoy the silence, but after 30 minutes it freezes. 3 days of headache - darkness and the howling of the air conditioner! And all this is not very cheap! Such a good economy level at VIP prices!

The hotel is in the center, it is convenient. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby . There is a kettle, tea, instant coffee, sugar and two bottles of water in the room. Taps are leaking, things are missing from the room. There was no cleaning in two days. The staff at the reception is as slow as possible. Breakfast is very meager, but if you don't complain, you won't stay hungry. The hotel is undergoing renovation on the 6th floor. For its price, it is a normal hotel.

The windows do not open, the breakfasts are satisfactory but the coffee is paid (!?)
The rooms are inconveniently equipped, in the bathroom you need to wait 5-7 minutes for hot water to flow (oh yes, not a five-star one)
Maybe it was a good hotel once, but he was very tired. Greasy, burnt furniture in some places. One of the advantages is the location. For some reason, they give one key in the room for two, in order to get a second one at the reception, they promise to ask the permission of some manager. Nonsense.

A lost place at a horse price, only the pictures are beautiful, in fact- Dirt! The rudest, incompetent staff! The pool is citywide!The townspeople are overwhelmed and it's a shock! The Internet is the weakest, TV does not work, even local channels! The buffet is not bad, but not ice, there is no meat, only one chicken dish!

The room is cold - the central ventilation is not working.
At the same time, in 2-3 hours, the air conditioner was able to warm the room.
The water was not brought to the room the next day after check-in, there was no cleaning in the room.
The care products are the cheapest purchased on the Chinese market. The situation is similar with slippers (worse than usual) - I twisted my leg in them.
Internet (Wi-Fi) - it would be better if it did not exist at all, because when connected, nothing loads at all, with rare exceptions (fortunately I have a mobile Internet).
Breakfast is definitely not for 4*, maybe 2* - I will have breakfast outside the hotel.
Furniture with minor damage (scuffed, scratched, burned in places). In general, the whole hotel is "shabby".
It is very cold in the corridors, then it stinks of something incomprehensible, then it smells toxic of air freshener.
I think that the hotel is a confident 2 stars.
For complete inconsistency and everything described above, I put 1 * in the review.

A three-star service hotel. The standard room was rented for one night. It is relatively clean and the bed is secured. The TV is flat, but the channels are not configured. The attempt to configure it yourself was unsuccessful. There was only one tea bag, there was no coffee at all. I had to ask for a teaspoon to stir the sugar at the reception. The windows have not been washed since the construction of the hotel. Anyway, that's the impression I got. The bathroom is a separate story. The shower head sticks out of the wall and splashes on all sides from all the cracks. The toilet drain works with such noise that it feels as if an accident has occurred and the wall is about to collapse. At the moment of draining the water into the toilet, a fountain of water begins to beat on the wall and the toilet from under the lever, and all this flow pours onto the floor. It's not pleasant enough. I hope that after my request to the reception, all these problems will be eliminated. Room number 611.
