Corresponds to three stars. There are large rooms, and there are just tiny ones. It's noisy from the street. Single-chamber bags do not save you from noise and cold. The breakfast is average. Good location. Near the embankment, Aristotle Square, the White Tower. There are many cafes, bars, and restaurants around. A solid four to the work of the staff. At the reception, cafe, room cleaning. And so the hotel needs repairs.
