We had a rest during the long May holidays a few years ago. We had a wonderful rest, I didn't want to leave.
Overall impression: the hotel is very beautiful, very clean, very well maintained. From the very early morning, whole divisions of maids and attendants begin to wash, scrub and rub it... and they continue until the evening.
The room is very spacious, comfortable and bright, the balcony is large and comfortable, the sea view is wonderful.
About food: the food is plentiful and varied. Several types of meat (chicken, turkey, beef, lamb) are always available, and there is always wonderful fish for lunch and dinner, sometimes seafood. Lots of vegetables and greens. A lot of fruits - large sweet oranges (I've never tasted such wonderful ones in St. Petersburg =))), peaches, an abundance of ripe strawberries, apples, dates and watermelons a couple of times. A brazier works by the pool all day, they bake pancakes (for some reason they are called pancakes) and crumpets, and there is also a refrigerator with ice cream. Local juices, of course, leave much to be desired, it's better to drink fanta. Everything else is beyond praise.
The staff and service are at the highest level. In the morning they asked for an extra blanket in the room - at noon it was already on the bed. Linen and towels are changed daily. The room is washed to shine. The maids and bellhops are very polite and friendly, all greeting and smiling as one. In the dining room, by the pool, in the bar, at the disco, in the game room - everywhere you are welcome and ready to help.
The hotel grounds are well maintained and green. It is a pleasure to walk along it. We rested in late April-early May - everything was in bloom, just any stick stuck in the ground was blooming. It's extraordinarily beautiful.
There is a small zoo on the territory, and near it there are wooden tables under the pines. If you book in advance (the day before), breakfast will be brought there and a table will be set for you in nature.
Animators deserve a separate review. WELL DONE! Both children and adults - everyone is trying, everyone is working, entertaining tourists and coloring their holidays with bright colors.
We liked how everything is thought out and convenient.
To the hotel - a solid five and a low bow. Let's come back again.

The place is simply amazing. The hotel is super, the staff is top notch. The kitchen is just licking your fingers. Animators, that's how all the stars are. The guys are just great. They are very active, funny and positive. I will definitely come back there. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is normal, cleaning, every day, the food is monotonous, but you will not stay hungry, fruits and sweets have always been there, the sea is excellent, the staff is polite, they speak Russian, I recommend the hotel for an economy holiday

Animation throughout the day, games, yoga, water aerobics, there is always a show in the evenings. Pools, slides for all ages. The sea is crystal clear, there were only waves for one day, a little grass and jellyfish caught up) The only thing is that it would not hurt to diversify the food, add porridge, more soups. And the waiter who works at the beach bar begged for tips without a break)) The rest, on the contrary, refused when we tried to thank them) And so, in general, the place is cool, the staff is friendly, the beach is clean and, importantly, there is enough entertainment for children.

Pool 5,indoor pool (warm) 5,children's pool is very cold 2,food for every taste and is very diverse 5, you can take fruits from the dining room,very friendly staff in the dining room especially the chef,the animators are super,the airport is opposite but you can't hear it,taxi drivers are all friendly,the beach is for children it's fine, but for an adult, it's just impossible to dive anywhere to drown, but to be shot down by a boatman easily, I would go there again sooner yes than no.

A nice hotel with children's playgrounds, swimming pools and water slides. There is an indoor swimming pool with warm water. The staff is friendly and courteous. The cuisine is not too diverse, but there is always enough.
The rooms are large, clean and tidy. There are disadvantages in some places, of course, but these are small things, you should not find fault. Room cleaning and change of towels - every day, bed linen - every 3 days. There is no special point in getting out of the hotel yourself, well, except to go to the city itself to buy something.
But you need to go on excursions. Expand your horizons, so to speak)))

A hotel for families with children!!!
The first time you do not remember the way to the room-long corridors. Rooms for 4 maximum, but a variety of food (from early morning to late evening), everything is included, but in fact ultra, there is meat, fish, and a children's menu, and I don't say anything about desserts at all... Endless ice cream, snacks, water, delicious beer, cocktails, etc ... 100% animation - the child was taken to the room and he fell asleep on the way (as he moved in). The sea is another plus, clean beaches, regular cleaning on the beach and cleaning of sun beds (by the way, the first line and a private beach). A children's club is open for children from early morning until evening. Excellent aqua zone for adults and children. The staff speaks Russian all the time. I recommend it!!!

It's a very good hotel for Tunisia! There is a lot of entertainment for children, the children's room (kindergarten) is very popular with children. 4 swimming pools 1 indoor 1 children's pool with a canopy. The beach is within walking distance, clean. There are a lot of snacks at different times. Free bottled drinking water in unlimited quantities. I liked it)

We had a vacation with our son in October 2018. I really liked the hotel, the location is convenient, close to the airport. The room is large, the view is good, the service and food are excellent. Many thanks to our guide Julia (Pegasus), she is wonderful and helped me a lot when I had a problem (twisted my leg). Many thanks to the staff and the management of the hotel for a good rest. Nice hotel, friendly staff. Most of the staff speak Russian. Incendiary animators. Buffet meals are a variety of food for every taste. The airport is across the street. There is a skytrain near the hotel.

The location is good, the fact that the airport is nearby (within walking distance), do not worry, does not interfere at all. The hotel itself is not new but not bad. The food is good, but sooo monotonous. We had a rest from September 14 to September 25, 2018. But what I really didn't like was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom, not the room, but the bathroom itself is a horror, it has never been cleaned, and the faucet is generally from a previous life, and I'm not picking on it. SPA is generally a separate topic, unsanitary conditions.... , But massage is done well. The tour buses are old, but that didn't stop them from spoiling the rest.

We were lucky with the weather from 10/20/19 to 10/27/10, the hotel was 40% full, others had already closed,
I liked everything, the food is 5, the sea is 5 (you have to go to dive) but the children have plenty of space , pissing like in Miami, the animators are great, the bartenders are greyhound, but this is normal.

We stayed at the hotel from October 4 to October 11. We read a lot of reviews and there was some small fear. At first we were settled on the ground floor, but then we were immediately moved for a small surcharge to the first floor overlooking the pool and the sea.
From the first minutes we liked everything. There's just nothing to complain about, since we were going to the sea and to the sun. The food is varied every day. I really liked the breakfast with yogurt and cottage cheese. There are no queues at all. The staff is friendly. The room was cleaned daily. They were afraid to take ten days and in the end they were very sorry. We recommend visiting this hotel. If possible, we will definitely return to this hotel again.

Well, it's definitely not 4 stars. The room stock is worn out. Torn bed linen, equal towels, pillows in lumps...It's unrealistic to sleep. The territory is small. There are queues everywhere, huge long queues, for ice cream, for donuts... but otherwise, everything is clean, calm, pleasant.
