I want to leave a very dissatisfied review!!!! If you are sending people on a tour, please explain not only the pros, but also the cons! I understand when they take last-minute tours, then yes! you agree with everything that is, and when it is planned, then be kind enough to explain everything, you see a person for the first time, help him, and not let everything take its course! You must explain that there is no hand luggage on the ticket you are sending, but a backpack or bag is allowed!!!! We weren't the first people you framed like that, and we didn't fly away yet and got paid!!! Regarding the tour itself, too, you need to explain what kind of hotels and what location! For the first time, you can explain, don't you want people to come back to you! A very negligent attitude, there are a lot of disadvantages in your work, I do not even know how to describe it, there are not enough words.
I don't recommend it at all!

I completely agree with the review from R K, a spitting attitude! Personally, I found myself in a similar situation with tickets and do not work according to the contract, they write one thing in the contract, they do another, I wanted to return the money because there were problems, they refused to return it, although I applied for a refund two months and a half before departure.
