I join the authors of all negative reviews, I order 2-3 deliveries per month and have not received normal delivery once in 7 months: the product is canceled citing its absence.the replacement is not agreed.they replace themselves with anything.when assembling, very inattentive people use potatoes instead of onions. On many packages, neither the weight of the goods is indicated.neither its cost, I am a physically ill person.I can barely move around the room.I don't go out on the street and have to use delivery services, But after such a service, there are only tears, is it really impossible to restore order? Or don't you care?Apparently so.because despite the complaints of customers .everything remains unchanged And the brand of the company must be kept!

Order pickers work terribly, it's not clear where they're looking at at all. Every time you order some kind of jambs. I ordered apple purees and brought a "fruit salad". And my child doesn't eat them. I ordered pickled tomatoes, and tomato paste was brought. I ordered spaghetti number 5, brought number 13. I ordered dumplings with potatoes, brought them with meat (and I haven't eaten it for many years). I ordered one dezik, brought another one. Kapets is simple. The support service always responds and resolves whenever possible. But if the collectors work carefully, then there will be fewer complaints. It seems that the only option is to stand with the courier and check all positions with the order.

The site is hanging and inconvenient. There is not even a banal sorting. The accounting system for goods is very poor. During checkout, it turns out that a quarter of the products are out of stock. After registration, another quarter - the operator calls or you can specify an alternative in advance in the settings. And then they make mistakes when replacing - in my case, they mixed up dairy products. Call center operators speak quickly and unintelligibly. And most importantly, the amount in the receipt and in the personal account do not match. Speaking of numbers, the check is unclear. Where is the amount, where is the quantity of the product, where is the total. The only plus is that it was delivered more or less quickly. In general, I did not like the service
