1) A very large flow of people. It took us 3 hours to ride each slide once, that is, we stood in each queue for 30 minutes. 2) It was also impossible to purchase a ticket online, I had to stand in line.
3) You need to pay separately for the spa area.
4) To dry your hair, you need to go for a hair dryer almost to the exit…
5) Showers are not thought out. You go out wet to the locker to get your things and go change into the stall. It would be possible to make a dry area in the shower, where after a shower you could calmly dry off and get dressed, and not go straight to the general locker room.

It's a great place. Of the cons, if it's the first time, then you can get a little confused about where to go and what to do. It is better to come on weekdays, if possible, since there are a lot of people on weekends and you can stand and wait for a slide for a long time. An elevator would not hurt to climb the high hills... It's a little hard to climb, like to the 5th floor. And there are quite a few such descents. The park itself is not bad, I really like the blue slide. But 4⭐ for the fact that in the water park, the first is not very clean, especially on the steps, so we only go in aquasocks; the second is very long queues on the slides (out of 4 hours of visiting, two were definitely in queues, even though they were on a weekday); the third, that I especially upset)- drunk parents with young children! We had a rest in Minsk from February 18th to 25th. We lived in the Aqua Minsk hotel. Accommodation in it provides the opportunity to visit the Lebyazhy Aquapark for free throughout the day, and the number of entrances and exits is unlimited, or to go in at least for the whole day. I.e. the cost of visiting is included in the cost of paying for the hotel, which is very convenient and you do not need to study the long price list on the aquapark website (I personally could not finish reading it). The second advantage of this accommodation is that you are given the right / ticket to visit the SPA area for only 28.0 rubles, and also for at least a whole day, but only with one visit to the water park. If you leave the water park, you will be allowed into the water park for the second time, but not into the SPA area. Now about the water park: we arrived at the hotel on February 18th at about 17:00, settled in and immediately went to the water park. At about 18:00 we were in it, quickly undressed in the wardrobe and at the reception. Despite the fact that it was Sunday, we passed it quickly. And in general, over the next week we never waited long either in the wardrobe or at the reception, and this despite the fact that the junior classes in Belarus had additional holidays and there were many visitors. At the same time, I had a clear feeling that if there was at least one more employee at the reception, there would be no queue at all. Thanks to this formulation of the case, it was only towards the end of our stay that we realized that the guests of Aqua Minsk have their own accelerated electronic queue (although they told us about it at the time of placement, but we ignored it). And so, they used the common one and did not suffer. What else we immediately noticed on the first visit, and this was the case in the future - the staff of the water park do not smile at visitors either in the wardrobe, at the reception, or in the aqua zone, well, no friendliness. All communication is dryly businesslike. On our first visit, we did not purchase tickets to the SPA, but simply got acquainted with the water park: the air was warm enough, we walked, swam all the paths, grottoes and what else there. We paddled with the children on the waves, they studied the paddling pool and were very pleased with it, found out where the SPA is. Around 22:00, "Elvis left the building." In the following days, we spent Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at the water park, missed Thursday and Friday almost the whole day, and on Saturday we were from afternoon to evening. We already took a SPA, for a family of four, it cost 112.0 rubles. We took towels and bathrobes (there are both small and large sizes!!!). My wife and I spent more time at the SPA (without any additional treatments). She was in the steam rooms, especially in the salt room, but she didn't miss the others either. I spent a lot of time in the hydro massage pool, massaged my feet, a very good procedure, and steamed in the Finnish sauna and the caldarium. We refreshed ourselves in a font with cold water and on the sea waves (where you can play catch-up with children). Children were EVERYWHERE. They mastered almost all the slides on their own and were very pleased with them. But on Saturday they didn't get any buns for skiing. There were no free people at all, no matter how much you expect. There were a lot of visitors and a lot of buns were removed under the slides, I think specifically so that there would be no queues for the descent. I myself did not climb up for skiing, the stairs are steep, and the leg with an endoprosthesis is against it. But if there was an elevator, it would definitely roll down, and more than once. On Saturday, the pool was opened outside and I swam with the children. The son climbed into a barrel to warm himself outside, but only one of the two barrels worked, and, as the visitors said, so throughout this winter. So there's a serious problem with the second barrel. At the Country Chicken cafe, which is supposedly focused on healthy food (is that fast food?) We came in and left, we didn't like it. The cafe/Bar "Terraces" on the fourth floor did not work (the elevators that lift into it, too) and food from it (the kitchen worked) had to be ordered to the bar in the SPA area, and there is very little space there. The food is simple, quite decent, well served, but also not cheap, as in a good Minsk cafe. Chicken nuggets, a frying pan with pancakes and sausage, homemade roast and pancakes with sour cream sauce and chicken fillet are generally delicious. No one suffered from stomachs. What I didn't like: in many changing booths, the hooks for clothes are torn off or broken, the lockers for clothes are very small, there are very few benches next to the lockers. Overall, I liked it. We will also come and recommend it to others...

Super! The price is very pleasant. There are many different slides. A big river for swimming. There is a zone for kids. I recommend the room.
We were on vacation at the end of March. My advice is to come in the morning. There are few people and you can ride on all the slides without long queues. 4 hours of the aqua zone was enough for us. And they weren't tired.

We went to the water park with my son 2 times, I liked everything, especially the child. The water is comfortable, there are different pools, a zone for kids, a sauna. We really didn't ride down the slides, I'm afraid of heights, but it's good to swim in the pool, I liked the Jacuzzi with warm water, the little one liked the rain shower in the grotto. Prices in cafes bite, but we took water and boutiques with us. So it turned out to be budget-friendly. 4 hours was enough for us. We will have the opportunity to go again with pleasure.

In general, everything is not bad. But. Small lockers – we came from another city and barely crammed the bags in. The storage rooms work through one. There are very few signs and pointers. The water is quite warm. But it was disappointing that the doors and windows to the street were constantly opened, which caused cold drafts. And when you walk all wet up the stone stairs and the windows are open, you get sick easily. Most of the double cheesecakes were half-lowered, which makes them more difficult to control and they turn over more often, as a result of which you find yourself under water, flying out of the pipe. It's not pleasant enough. Because once we came across a very well–inflated cheesecake and this did not happen to her - it was very comfortable to drive.
The staff is generally quite friendly – they answer questions, help you figure it out and orient you. Nevertheless, the cashiers are rude.
Children's bracelets are already so rolled up that the strap has become oak simply and the child is uncomfortable.

A water park, which has no decent alternative. That's what's ruining him. It's sad to see it bursting at the seams. Over the 10 years of its existence, it has become very dilapidated. Numerous chipped tiles in the bowls, which miraculously do not cut your feet; running, rusty watering cans in the showers; a non-functioning Grotto attraction; broken light music on all slides; a broken and subsequently decommissioned child safety system; a broken "Children's Town", in which only 13 switches remained to work. 2; wave pool, where you can catch a wave only every half hour; permanently broken drying cabin and all elevators in the aqua zone; baths in the spa complex, which sometimes do not work, then work in the wrong mode; sagging insulation of ventilation pipes and floodlights disabled by humidity. You can write about all the shortcomings for a long time, the management of the aquapark knows about them all for sure. I would like to note that the ticket price for the whole day is 160/175 bel. rubles (~$55)
Inflatable circles are a separate pain. Imagine, to roll down a slide, you: a 14-year-old child, a woman, a grandmother - you need to bring a double inflatable circle (there are no others) weighing about 4 kg by 7/6 (seventh/sixth)!!!!! floor. As they say: "If you like to ride, you should also like to carry sleds." Why can't we make an automatic elevator?

The child rolled on the slide, where they let him go without adults. I swam in a river pool with a swim in the open air. There are also two barrels of warm water. I visited all the sauna baths, I really liked the aroma sauna.

I am disappointed with the aquapark's customer policy. On December 11, I purchased a certificate for a surf simulator, but unfortunately it turned out to be valid for only 90 days. We were leaving the country and were unable to use the service during this period. When they returned, they found that the deadline had expired and the certificate had simply burned out.
I consider this approach to be extremely unfair – the service was not provided, but the money was spent. We have not been offered any extensions or alternative solutions. Minsk water park "Lebyazhy". We were on a day off in the summer. I can't say that I was impressed. It seemed a little cramped to me. There are two children's areas, one smaller in the closed part and a large one on the street. Although, it seems to me, it would be better to do the opposite. There were summers when the outdoor part of the water park was open and there were still quite a lot of children inside on the children's slides. The staff strictly monitors the implementation of the rules. During the visit, the water disappeared on the slides and the malfunction was fixed for about 30 minutes, respectively, it was only possible to swim or sunbathe. There are several catering outlets on the territory, but I have not visited them. In the outdoor area, in addition to slides, there is a swimming pool and sun beds. I didn't like the fact that the wind blows through the open area quite strongly.

We decided to go to the water park on one of the days of rest. It is best to go in the morning, we went by 10.00, and the park opens at 08.00. The earlier, the better! Every hour the number of people increases exponentially, and the queues on some slides are prohibitive. 4 hours was enough for us, many people take it for 8 hours or for the whole day. The horror is terrible! How everything was launched. Everything is dilapidated, nothing is being repaired. One of the four shower heads works. The toilets are dirty. There's water everywhere, not just one cleaner. The water in the children's area is icy, not 30 degrees. There is little light everywhere, apparently they save money. Not all slides work. Judging by the condition of everything around, we can conclude that the condition of the slides is appropriate.
