Hello everyone. The Lebyazhy Water Park is the best place to relax on the water in Minsk. I really liked the pools for children, they are also on the street. There are deeper pools, but not very deep, but it is quite enough for swimming. I will not talk about the slides, since they need to be tested myself. We live very close to the water park. From time to time they came on a one-time basis, there were no noticeable problems, if there were comments on the services, then in principle they were solved or forgiven... It gets worse and dirtier every year.
This year I bought an unlimited subscription for the whole family for four people. And immediately the "picture" became more real and transparent to everything that happens in the water park. Of course, I understand that the water park is state-owned and the only one in Belarus of such a "useful volume", and visitors from all sides of the republic and even guests from Russia are coming.
However, visitors are immediately faced with shock due to the huge queue at the checkout. With the lack of information about temporary difficulties in the park with services. And also, when buying a service at the checkout, could you provide some basic information for the client, about services, rules and insurance?! The subscription itself is not worth a penny, and in principle, one-time visits are also expensive. As a result, the visitor receives only chlorinated water and complete unsanitary conditions for this money, that's all!
A very boorish attitude begins already from the ticket offices, a very irritable answer follows any question asked. It's such an awkward impression that their client is in unpaid debt... There is no available information about the current situation (at the moment) in the water park, 600+ people pass on weekdays, if you come on Friday or Saturday, Sunday count on the worst, there will be 1000+ during the day ,
this is a lot, the park cannot cope with such a flow of people. Is it really difficult to post information that is not able to serve such a number. Why provide substandard services?
There are a lot of people in the pool - like on a Pakistani bus.
The water is relatively transparent, but even the surface film is visually visible, it is quite cloudy. It's hot outside, everyone in the pool is washing off their sunscreen, etc. it's cool in the baths, and there is a terrible stench of urine and human sweat. Complete unsanitary conditions. I just don't talk about toilets, come and see for yourself... That's why a dedicated cleaner of baths and toilets ...
If you have limited time, you will be very disappointed with queues (on average 50-80 minutes) first to buy tickets, and then in the queue for the slide from the first level to the third or fourth there is a queue to ride, there is no additional time for changing clothes - this is your rest time which is included in the total cost.
In hot weather, you will not find free sun loungers, prices in bars of the restaurant category are quite expensive considering that the tickets are not cheap. All this mess does not suit me, and I applied through the cashier to terminate the contractual relationship and return the money, minus the money I spent earlier, but as it turned out, we (the aquapark and I) did not conclude the contract and the money was not returned to me.
The contract is not even concluded for the amount of two, three, four thousand rubles, it simply does not exist.
There's just a receipt.
And that's it!
The money is not refunded.
If you want to go, don't go.
But it's also more or less tolerable there in winter, but in summer it's a real pigsty, and this is very understandable, there are a lot of people.
I strongly do not recommend this place!!!
There is a very high probability of catching fungus on your feet, especially in baths, and the fungus is not the limit ...
To be honest?! You can safely check if you don't mind the money - it's up to you, the money is yours, but personally, I really regret that I bought a subscription here.

Yes, and one more "bonus" that the aquapark will not tell you about it, for those who drive by car - if you drive into the parking lot under the aquapark itself, from the MKAD, then when you leave you do not get into the city, but onto the ring road, you will have to go to the nearest interchange 10 kilometers along the MKAD, therefore, stop by from the city, near the hotel.
To call a taxi on the MKAD - the taxi price is appropriate with an increased coefficient.

We were repeatedly with the whole family at this water park. I'll start with the entrance. There is zero security! There are no employees at the entrance who would keep track of who comes in, the contents of bags, packages, etc., I.e. you can carry anything. There are always a lot of people at the ticket offices, the queue with children moves more or less quickly. I would like more umbrellas outside by the large pool, but there are only 3 of them. There is little shade. There are a lot of sun loungers, on the one hand it is good, there is enough space for everyone, but on the other not so much. They stand close to each other and because of this it is not always convenient to approach them and lie down. And it's not comfortable to be very close to completely strangers.

The only thing that confused me was the locker room, although there are separate closed cabins, but it is common, there is no division into women's and men's, spacious lockers for clothes, you can rent a hair dryer, there is an aquabar and a cafe (you can have a snack with fast food and cake, ice cream), there is a spa for a fee. I liked the barrels on the street. A 30cm deep children's island is ideal for toddlers. I recommend. We will come more than once .

Infringement of smokers. Why not make one remote place for people who smoke? The elevator does not work to go up to the cafe on the third floor. There are not enough employees in the cafe. Since they are very slow to serve those who want to eat.
Then, when I leave, I ask if you can make a discount for the fact that you have a lot of joints. And the girl calmly replies to me, write. There is a long queue at the entrance during the season. Get ready to spend 2 hours in it. There are a lot of slides for adults. Pools. There are 2 swimming pools for children with towns inside and outside. Jacuzzi with warm water. A pool bar and a cafe on the summer playground. There is a water park hotel nearby.

Super! We visited on January 10, it's warm inside. It's great to visit on a weekday, outside of children's holidays, then there are practically no queues on the slides. There is a snack cafe, mostly expensive fast food. We brought our sandwiches to the children, left them in the locker room and then took them when we needed to. Lots of slides, warm water, spa area, clean,pool bar. In general, there is something to do for 3 hours. A big family like ours (7 people) is very expensive. I was there when this water park first opened and it was a gorgeous place that was being watched, but now it looks like the metro in Moscow! There are so many people like sprats! Mold, rust, bad lighting somewhere and not burning at all already, everything is shabby, there are no conveniently organized places for people to change clothes, sit, relax, wash, dry off! You feel like an animal!!!! And by the way, the ticket is not cheap!!! And for the family?! A ticket for one person is 100 rubles/ person. for an increase of about 3000 rubles / person for 8 hours. with a spa area (there are steam rooms). So please work it out. Inside there is one old-scary roller coaster area for children. For comparison, visit or see the Golden Bay water Park in Gelendzhik! That's cool, that's great. Everything is thought out, everything is being updated, repaired. There is total control of instructors everywhere. And you see what you're paying for! I haven't even taken a picture.

It was terribly cold, puddles (the floor surface was not leveled), the Russian bath did not work at all, the rest of the saunas also had a low temperature (it was cold), there were no shower gel dispensers in the showers. In general, everything looks uncomfortable, everything is in gray tones, the SPA area is generally basement-type, dark and low ceilings. The worst water park I've ever seen.
On the plus side: they give you a bathrobe and a towel, but this does not improve the situation in any way.

A good water park for solid 4+.
One of the things that I always dislike is the work of the staff in the spa area. Or rather, complete inaction. No one will argue with the fact that this is a relaxation area and children need to be monitored. In front of us, a boy of about nine was just freaking out. In the pool, he filled a plastic bag with water, rushed with this bag to the baths and there he dumped it on the floor, then on his grandmother. I was falling and crawling on this flooded floor myself... in short, a madhouse. Well, grandma is fine - she was crazy about her grandson, but where were the two instructors who were sitting between the pool and the baths looking? We looked at the phones. And they didn't care what was going on around them. Children plop into the pool with bombs, scream in the baths - no one cares. It's not normal. I've never seen anything like it. Either remove children under 10 years of age from the SPA area altogether, or keep order.
In general, the water park is great. A full-length dryer, like in Freestyle, would not hurt. The hair dryers are more powerful and the temperature in the locker rooms is higher. Otherwise, you get out of the pool and take a bath. It's a pity that you can't swim outside in winter. It's a special pleasure to swim in warm water and catch snowflakes with your lips ...
But in general, the water park is wonderful. I recommend it to everyone.
But there is something to improve, which is what I wish!

We arrived on Monday, August 28, at about 12 p.m. We took an E-ticket and walked for about 20 minutes. But in the water park itself, about 40 minutes later, a lot of people came and the queues for the popular slides began to be 25-30 minutes. (I noticed it on purpose). And we took it for 3 hours. Even while you are standing in line in the area under the roof, it is very stuffy. In general, long queues spoil the whole impression of the visit. And so it is worth saying that there is only one water park of this level in Belarus.

We were on a weekday. Tickets were bought on the website. We went to the water park in 10 minutes, we didn't feel much discomfort, although the queue for tickets at the ticket office is much longer. Therefore, I recommend buying e-tickets.
The water park is large, there are many slides. But of course there are queues for them, for about the most popular 30 minutes. The water in the main pool is quite cool, in the children's pool, approx. Unlike small water parks, in this case, when hiking with kids, you become a hostage of the children's zone.
The SPA, as it turned out, needs to be purchased separately, I'm also surprised. You go to the website and it says buy-pay-ticket. And already inside we found out that there is a ticket with a spa. To whom, in principle, be attentive.
Cafes on the territory are OK, you can have a snack, they work fast enough.
Overall, a good water park.

This place (for a modest Belarus) is not worth the money. For a family of 3 people, a water park with baths for 4 hours came out at 280 rubles (~$90).
The queues are incredible, I had to wait ~ 40 minutes to pay for the ticket (I attached a video of the number of people), and it's Monday)
The place seems to be large, but there is no normal pool where an adult would not touch the bottom with his feet.
The price for the "spa" / bath complex is not small, but there are no bath programs. Come in and sit and sweat... We would like to go to Druskininkai, see how it is done there, where each bathhouse has its own program with an experienced bath attendant, a clear schedule, and the distribution of special props, such as honey for the body... The baths themselves are also few, 7 or something.
In general, for me it is no higher than 3/5 ... because I saw how a normal water park with a sauna complex should look like

I must say right away that if you do not go in the morning, then there will be a lot of people and it is better to take a ticket for the whole day, otherwise you will spend time queuing for the slides and you will not have time to do anything else, as happened with us- took a ticket for 4 hours- defended kilometer-long queues for the slides, setting up a cafe to have a snack- we realized that there was an hour left in the last hour -we started running around all the hamams, pools, in general, horror, no pleasure, so take a ticket only for the whole day or go in the morning to get on the slides. Otherwise, everything is standard, a little better- a little worse than in other water parks. One of the advantages is a good family cafe on the 3rd tier, the portions are large like at home, I really liked the pancakes, a large portion and not very expensive.
