I stayed here for two weeks for treatment. A good rehabilitation center. I specially chose it from a large number of offers. The staff is very friendly, the 6th building where I lived is absolutely clean and tidy. The food according to the treatment protocol is dietary but satisfying. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the sanatorium and wish them further development and prosperity!

The food is bad, there is no Internet in the rooms, a TV with seven channels. He lived in the 5th building, room 119, it was renovated. You couldn't wash in the shower because the water was flooding the room. They took 1t for washing the pants. There is no taxi transfer from Shymkent and back. This year, March 2025, was once again. It only got worse. Especially the food. The food is frankly bad. There is also no cable or Internet connection.

The territory is green, there is mineral water — the impression is pleasant. But there is a lack of grooming: the sculptures are dirty, the buildings require repairs, and the photos come out dim.

In the treatment rooms, unsanitary conditions, medical services are carried out at random, the buildings and rooms are uncomfortable and the plumbing is faulty. A plumber will not know how to fix simple malfunctions. The food has become worse in grams of taste and variety. I have been traveling almost daily since 2006. I am disappointed with their service.
