We went here for several months as for work, treated our beloved dog. After the tests, an ultrasound was prescribed, at which Dr. Olesya made a bunch of diagnoses, including pancreatitis. I clarified whether such a diagnosis is made only by ultrasound, people take a special analysis for this. Olesya was strictly told that it is put on animals by ultrasound. It is a pity that the doctor does not know that animals need to take blood for pancreatic amylase for this.
After the prescribed treatment, an ultrasound was repeated there, and this time they said that the spleen was enlarged 5 times. The reason is unclear. They offered to take a course of ivs with antibiotics. I asked, what are we going to treat with antibiotics? The doctor said there might be some kind of inflammation. If it doesn't help, we'll think)) Well, what can I say?
After "Treat the Cat," we repeated the ultrasound in 2 other clinics, and nowhere did we get spleen removal.
Perhaps, to people far from medicine, the clinic may seem good, it looks more decent than many veterinary clinics in our city. Unfortunately, there are no specialists there.
Very good doctors, thank you for your professionalism. I am grateful to you from the bottom of my heart for the warm attitude towards my cat. All the best to you)
