We decided to go ice skating with our family in the new Ice Palace of our city. We thought that we would get a lot of positive emotions, but in fact - a solid negative.
In the morning (at 9:00), we booked seats and skates for mass skating at 17:00. We were warned that the reservation will be withdrawn an hour before the start of the ride, that is, we must redeem the reservation before 16:00, so we need to arrive a little in advance ("A little in advance" is a direct quote from the employee who made our reservation). That's what we did. At 15:30 we were at the palace. It also turned out that lunch is at the ticket office from 15:00 to 16:00. Accordingly, our reservation has already been cancelled! When we asked why we weren't informed on the phone about such "subtleties" of the work schedule, we received a succinct and eloquent answer: "We shouldn't, you want to ride, not me." Our indignation at this blatant rudeness was met with an equally picturesque response: "Step aside, think about it, understand that you are wrong, and then talk to me!" To say that we were shocked is an understatement. They asked for a complaint book. And then surprise No. 2! They don't have a complaint book, not just in the workplace, but in principle! (According to the same "administrator"). We did not give up, we asked how to contact the administration of the palace, to which the aforementioned person with feeling, properly, and calmly informed us that she was the administration and we would not see or hear from anyone else. Emotions were overflowing, to put it mildly. That's how a beautiful Sunday evening was ruined. Never set foot there again. It's better to go to the Zhlobinsky Ice rink, I've never seen anything like it there. And I haven't seen it anywhere.
We decided to visit the Svetlogorsk Ice Palace for the first time with a young man and have a good time skating, but the administration, represented by Svetlana Drozd, was extremely negative. When I asked her to rent two pairs of skates, she counted the rental of ice only for us (that is, we came with our skates), we were informed about this in the window where they give out rented skates. When returning to the cashier to clarify and correct the situation, Svetlana Drozd attacked us like cats on a sausage, saying that we had incorrectly formulated what we wanted from her, and if we had asked for rental skates, she would have asked for our shoe sizes. Then she confronted US for not telling her our shoe sizes, and when I asked, "Excuse me, but how am I supposed to know what information you need if this is your first time?" — Svetlana Drozd attacked us that it was our fault for NOT INFORMING us that we needed skates for rent. I recommend that the management of this ice palace send Svetlana Drozd to an otolaryngologist to check her hearing, and I also recommend that she be sent to courses on communication with clients. The impression after such attacks and accusations against us is extremely negative, and the whole evening was ruined.
