Location is the main advantage if you want to come as a tourist and visit the city.
The metro is right next to the hotel and we went to the center to the embankment and to the shopping center and to the botanical garden and everything is acceptable remotely.
There are cafes that close a little later than the average in the city. And this is very important if you come back later. Or then the option is to order delivery.
From the 24th floor there is a beautiful view of the city)
A funny feature of the hotel is food delivery robots. That is, if you order a delivery, a robot will bring it to your room)
There are cards at the reception indicating the location of the hotel, which is quite convenient when you are idle for the first time on the subway routes.
The rooms are as standard as possible , i.e. there is everything you expect to see there (tea , water, coffee , kettle , slippers, bathrobe, adapters for sockets for our plugs )
The Internet. There are 2 types, the first catches everywhere , but the general one . The second one is by numbers, and it needs to be connected right in the room by inviting someone from the reception and then the speed is normal and the usual messengers open on it.

The excellent location of the hotel is close to the metro. Our friends and I have wonderful rooms. There is everything you need. The pastels and linen are of excellent quality. A nice compliment from the hotel in the form of extra water. The breakfasts are not particularly rich, because there is a small selection of meat and fruits with vegetables. You won't leave hungry. We left early and the hotel provided a wonderful lunch box. Thank you very much. The staff at the reception and floors are exceptionally friendly and professional. The room has a tile and a microwave, even a washing machine. Furniture, natural wall and floor finishes are cool, but slightly "tired" Of the time of use. The elevators are moving according to a strange program.

Convenient location. The exit from the subway is very close. The hotel is not located in the center, it's a long walk. It has not been repaired for a long time, but in general everything is fine. We took a refundable deposit of 1000 yuan upon arrival, but it never returned to the card. How to get it back is not clear. The hotel doesn't care. None of the administrators understands English - everything is on their fingers. In general, a 3 plus:)

Oh, it's been a long time since there was such entertainment with a hotel! What they write about the rooms, the water - that's right. Repairs, major cleaning and replacement of individual components (hair dryers, elevator equipment) would definitely not hurt. The breakfasts are very nice. But it's not that simple! To begin with, the windows in the rooms do not close tightly. The windows of the first room overlooked the construction site, which also worked at night... Well, OK. Things happen. We decided to ask for a quieter room in the morning. Leaving for breakfast, we found out another piquant detail: the room is not closed from the word at all.
At the reception, we agreed to change the room, and things were temporarily placed in one of the available rooms, which is definitely closing, and we were promised to move our luggage to a new room as soon as it was ready. Everything seems to be fine. But not everything is so simple))) Arriving at the hotel in the evening, we, tadam!, received the keys to the old room. The young man at the reception knew only a few words in English. But it seems to have been explained that the number should be different. And we get the keys to the room where we put things. Okay, that's an option. Come on, things are in place, but the room is not ready to move in. We go back to the young man and try to find where our room will be. After hearing about the surcharge, misunderstanding, etc., we came together to draw pictures and call the morning shift. Hurray! The truth has triumphed. The room was found, we moved our things, and the young man cursed for a long time and expressively on the phone with the morning shift. Perhaps using local idiomatic expressions.
