The complex itself is very conveniently located, a beautiful courtyard with playgrounds, quiet and peaceful despite the fact that the complex is located in an active part of the city. The owners of the apartment are pleasant and sociable, they respond quickly to a request. The apartment is cozy and clean. It is especially pleasing that there is no smell of tobacco. It's great to live with the kids. I hope next year we will also live in this apartment.

5. The descent to the parking lot from the Bio-combine is very steep, cars with a clearance of 140 mm and below it is unclear how they enter and leave.

Legenda stands out only for its location, a green courtyard and that's it, there are no more advantages ..
Parking always floods after rain,
There is no Face ID, you haven't even heard about a smart home here, water meters should automatically send readings, but unfortunately for some reason a woman walks around and takes readings manually (and even incorrectly) the sales department is also a mess, there is no understanding what you will get in the end and the deadlines are delayed until the very last day.
I will consider another apartment, but I will definitely not carry my money to the bazis.

There are many playgrounds for different ages. The huge square is very beautiful at night. Near the exits there is a clothing store, a pharmacy, a grocery store and also near the Globus shopping center.

Cool LCD. But still a human being. Large parking lot under all buildings. There are shops, although not super many.
A clear disadvantage is the traffic jams around, sometimes you wait for a huge queue in traffic to get into the complex.

People came to visit this complex. The area was impressive. Lots of greenery, clean. Several playgrounds, sports grounds. Cars do not enter the territory, so children run freely. Quiet and peaceful.
One inconvenience for the guests is that you can't even enter the territory without the owners. The gate has only a magnetic key.

The yard is very clean, constantly cleaned, there is no garbage anywhere, flowers are monitored, very good playgrounds, cars are rarely launched into the territory, only an ambulance or delivery of something bulky. There are many bus stops nearby, it is convenient to get to any part of the city. But damn, what an anthill it is, and there is no parking at all, underground Parking does not cover 50% of the needs of residents. There is simply no guest parking. It is supposed to be from the biocombinant side, but it's not about anything there. It's cool to rent, very convenient and beautiful, in the center, but very expensive.
