I haven't been in a basement rocking chair for a long time! A really atmospheric, old school place!
Among the advantages: an attractive price, good blocks with a soft stroke, a variety of handles, two benches for bench presses, a large dumbbell row up to 62 kg for sure, maybe higher, I did not consider.
There is equipment for grip training - axels, a rotating horizontal bar of 50 mm. There is a trap bar and a football bar with various parallel grips.
Of the cons: it is very stuffy, there is no oxygen, there is only one conder, not in the main hall. There is no normal horizontal bar, one is split in the gravitron, the second is welded from below to the crossover - this is inconvenient, since it is not possible to put a beard forward behind the horizontal bar, as in competitions. Olympic Vultures are bald with poorly scrolling bushings.
Cardio equipment is of poor quality, they breathe well, in addition, they stand on the aisle in a narrow corridor, it is very inconvenient.
Despite the disadvantages, I give 4 stars, as the gym allowed me to perfectly complete the training plan while on a business trip.

A great place of peace! Very high-quality and comfortable exercise equipment. And also the friendly staff. It is convenient to get there. It can be seen that everything was done thoughtfully, unlike many other modern halls. The prices are the lowest I've ever seen.

I don't like to leave reviews, but I couldn't pass by here.
I used the services of this hall for 2 months. I would like to express my great gratitude to the management of the hall in the person of Sergey and the entire staff of the hall (service staff, coaching staff).
This hall has a number of advantages:
1. Convenient location (near the metro);
2. Amazing attitude to people, customer orientation at a height, very attentive approach to each client;
3. Highly qualified coaching staff, real professionals, perfectly know the theoretical foundations and nuances of the training, all knowledge is backed up by practical skills. Separately, it should be noted that the coaching staff consists of active professionals. athletes, or former athletes who have reached decent heights in the field of bodybuilding, weightlifting, etc., have international sports titles;
4. There are several zones in the hall: leg zone, cardio, upper (chest, back, shoulders). Everything is arranged very competently, even at the first visit you don't get lost, you don't look for the necessary simulators, everything is intuitively clear.
5. There are unique simulators for the muscles of the legs, back, etc.;
6. A variety of handles for vertical and horizontal traction deserve special attention. I have visited many halls, but I have not seen such a variety, it is immediately clear that the hall is in the hands of professionals and knowledgeable people.
7. The atmosphere of the hall as a whole sets up for a pleasant training: customers, music, cleanliness, the environment around.
According to the wishes, I can only note the following:
1. Slightly modify the air conditioning / ventilation system;
2. Put the cardiozone in order - not everything works;
3. Make the showers a little more careful (make the sink more comfortable and hang normal curtains)
But this is more and more a quibble, there is no equal for you in the price-quality parameter!
If you want to train and get results, then you definitely only come here! If you want to "show yourself, and look at the fitonyashek", then do not waste your time, this hall is oriented for people "sick" with sports!
