I haven't been in a basement rocking chair for a long time! A really atmospheric, old school place!
Among the advantages: an attractive price, good blocks with a soft stroke, a variety of handles, two benches for bench presses, a large dumbbell row up to 62 kg for sure, maybe higher, I did not consider.
There is equipment for grip training - axels, a rotating horizontal bar of 50 mm. There is a trap bar and a football bar with various parallel grips.
Of the cons: it is very stuffy, there is no oxygen, there is only one conder, not in the main hall. There is no normal horizontal bar, one is split in the gravitron, the second is welded from below to the crossover - this is inconvenient, since it is not possible to put a beard forward behind the horizontal bar, as in competitions. Olympic Vultures are bald with poorly scrolling bushings.
Cardio equipment is of poor quality, they breathe well, in addition, they stand on the aisle in a narrow corridor, it is very inconvenient.
Despite the disadvantages, I give 4 stars, as the gym allowed me to perfectly complete the training plan while on a business trip.

A great place of peace! Very high-quality and comfortable exercise equipment. And also the friendly staff. It is convenient to get there. It can be seen that everything was done thoughtfully, unlike many other modern halls. The prices are the lowest I've ever seen.

I don't like to leave reviews, but I couldn't pass by here.
I used the services of this hall for 2 months. I would like to express my great gratitude to the management of the hall in the person of Sergey and the entire staff of the hall (service staff, coaching staff).
This hall has a number of advantages:
1. Convenient location (near the metro);
2. Amazing attitude to people, customer orientation at a height, very attentive approach to each client;
3. Highly qualified coaching staff, real professionals, perfectly know the theoretical foundations and nuances of the training, all knowledge is backed up by practical skills. Separately, it should be noted that the coaching staff consists of active professionals. athletes, or former athletes who have reached decent heights in the field of bodybuilding, weightlifting, etc., have international sports titles;
4. There are several zones in the hall: leg zone, cardio, upper (chest, back, shoulders). Everything is arranged very competently, even at the first visit you don't get lost, you don't look for the necessary simulators, everything is intuitively clear.
5. There are unique simulators for the muscles of the legs, back, etc.;
6. A variety of handles for vertical and horizontal traction deserve special attention. I have visited many halls, but I have not seen such a variety, it is immediately clear that the hall is in the hands of professionals and knowledgeable people.
7. The atmosphere of the hall as a whole sets up for a pleasant training: customers, music, cleanliness, the environment around.
According to the wishes, I can only note the following:
1. Slightly modify the air conditioning / ventilation system;
2. Put the cardiozone in order - not everything works;
3. Make the showers a little more careful (make the sink more comfortable and hang normal curtains)
But this is more and more a quibble, there is no equal for you in the price-quality parameter!
If you want to train and get results, then you definitely only come here! If you want to "show yourself, and look at the fitonyashek", then do not waste your time, this hall is oriented for people "sick" with sports!

I will say this, the hall is equipped and thought out both wisely and with soul. Great atmosphere and people. Convenient location and work schedule. I have not been to all the halls of Minsk, but this is definitely the TOP hall.

Отличный зал. Всегда заряженная музыка, контенгент людей, в большинстве, матерые профессионалы. Везде много зеркал и всего хватает для прокачки каждой мышцы. Всегда помогут советом, ни разу еще не прошли мимо, если видели, что небезопасно делаю упражнение.
Рядом обошел еще три зала, но нужной атмосферы не получил. То людей много, то зеркал нет, хаммеры все постоянно заняты и очередь. В общем рекомендую тем, кто ищет, зайти на пробное занятие

Хороший зал, когда ходил, людей было немного. Цены относительно других мест, самые лучшие на абоненты. Лично для меня не хватает там нормального турника, чтобы можно было выходы делать и который будет не очень низко, чтобы ноги не цеплялись)

Зал отличный, если без вступлений! А если со вступлениями, то на месте адреналина, оставивший лучшее от оного, но не только. Во-первых, тренажёры очень годные, их там есть как надо) две скамьи, две стойки - правильный подход. Если честно, то я даже не знаю зачем людям столько тренажеров, но все равно жирный плюс. Вечером не знаю по посетителям, днём недооценённый - людей мало (мне с того только плюс). Во-вторых, есть кардиозона без неуместного фанатизма, на сколько мог заметить, за дорожками следят и нет такого, что, например, месяц лента проскакивает (встречал такое в других). Жирный, толстый и огромный респект за грушу, она шикарная, полноразмерная и тяжёлая, аки и дОлжно быть. Комфортно по планировке, но это и было. Без проблем сыскать себе любые веса. Для фанов очень годный набор грифов. Редкая, по мне, опция турника с широким обхватом на подшипнике - тема, if you know what I mean. Музыка ещё правильная)) причем всегда. Страховки, пояса и вся прочая бижутерия - ёсць. Минусов не сыскал, хотел было покончить ценник на дневное чуть меньше, но все само) хотя ценник более чем адекватный. Разве что фен в мужских апортаментах больше годится для кукол Барби, но это давайте считать моей проблемой. Рекомендую без всяких НО!

Зал отличный. Есть все что бы нарастить много мяса. Тренера выступающие спортсмены. Нет псевдо тренеров. Все на уровне. Приятная атмосфера.
