I haven't been in a basement rocking chair for a long time! A really atmospheric, old school place!
Among the advantages: an attractive price, good blocks with a soft stroke, a variety of handles, two benches for bench presses, a large dumbbell row up to 62 kg for sure, maybe higher, I did not consider.
There is equipment for grip training - axels, a rotating horizontal bar of 50 mm. There is a trap bar and a football bar with various parallel grips.
Of the cons: it is very stuffy, there is no oxygen, there is only one conder, not in the main hall. There is no normal horizontal bar, one is split in the gravitron, the second is welded from below to the crossover - this is inconvenient, since it is not possible to put a beard forward behind the horizontal bar, as in competitions. Olympic Vultures are bald with poorly scrolling bushings.
Cardio equipment is of poor quality, they breathe well, in addition, they stand on the aisle in a narrow corridor, it is very inconvenient.
Despite the disadvantages, I give 4 stars, as the gym allowed me to perfectly complete the training plan while on a business trip.

A great place of peace! Very high-quality and comfortable exercise equipment. And also the friendly staff. It is convenient to get there. It can be seen that everything was done thoughtfully, unlike many other modern halls. The prices are the lowest I've ever seen.

I don't like to leave reviews, but I couldn't pass by here.
I used the services of this hall for 2 months. I would like to express my great gratitude to the management of the hall in the person of Sergey and the entire staff of the hall (service staff, coaching staff).
This hall has a number of advantages:
1. Convenient location (near the metro);
2. Amazing attitude to people, customer orientation at a height, very attentive approach to each client;
3. Highly qualified coaching staff, real professionals, perfectly know the theoretical foundations and nuances of the training, all knowledge is backed up by practical skills. Separately, it should be noted that the coaching staff consists of active professionals. athletes, or former athletes who have reached decent heights in the field of bodybuilding, weightlifting, etc., have international sports titles;
4. There are several zones in the hall: leg zone, cardio, upper (chest, back, shoulders). Everything is arranged very competently, even at the first visit you don't get lost, you don't look for the necessary simulators, everything is intuitively clear.
5. There are unique simulators for the muscles of the legs, back, etc.;
6. A variety of handles for vertical and horizontal traction deserve special attention. I have visited many halls, but I have not seen such a variety, it is immediately clear that the hall is in the hands of professionals and knowledgeable people.
7. The atmosphere of the hall as a whole sets up for a pleasant training: customers, music, cleanliness, the environment around.
According to the wishes, I can only note the following:
1. Slightly modify the air conditioning / ventilation system;
2. Put the cardiozone in order - not everything works;
3. Make the showers a little more careful (make the sink more comfortable and hang normal curtains)
But this is more and more a quibble, there is no equal for you in the price-quality parameter!
If you want to train and get results, then you definitely only come here! If you want to "show yourself, and look at the fitonyashek", then do not waste your time, this hall is oriented for people "sick" with sports!

Great gym. Always charged music, the content of people, most of them seasoned professionals. There are a lot of mirrors everywhere and there is enough to pump every muscle. They will always help with advice, they have never passed by yet if they saw that it was unsafe to do an exercise.
I walked around three more halls nearby, but I didn't get the right atmosphere. There are a lot of people, then there are no mirrors, humvees are all constantly busy and there is a queue. In general, I recommend those who are looking to go to a trial session

It was a good hall, when I walked, there were few people. Prices relative to other places are the best for subscribers. Personally, for me, there is not enough of a normal horizontal bar there so that you can make exits and which will not be very low so that your legs do not cling)

The hall is great if there are no introductions! And if with the introductions, then in place of the adrenaline, which left the best of it, but not only. Firstly, the simulators are very good, they are there as it should be) two benches, two racks - the right approach. To be honest, I don't even know why people need so many simulators, but it's still a big plus. In the evening, I do not know from the visitors, in the afternoon I am underestimated - there are few people (that's just a plus for me). Secondly, there is a cardio zone without inappropriate fanaticism, as far as I could notice, the tracks are being monitored and there is no such thing that, for example, the tape slips for a month (I have seen this in others). Fat, fat and huge respect for the pear, it is gorgeous, full-sized and heavy, as it should be. It's comfortable in terms of layout, but that's what it was. Find any weights for yourself without any problems. A very suitable set of vultures for fans. A rare, for me, option of a horizontal bar with a wide girth on the bearing is a topic, if you know what I mean. The music is still correct)) and always. Insurance, belts and all other jewelry are there. I did not find any disadvantages, I wanted to end the price tag for the day a little less, but everything by itself) although the price tag is more than adequate. Except that the hair dryer in men's accessories is more suitable for Barbie dolls, but let's consider this my problem. I recommend it without any BUTS!
