Legoland is terrible here. To be more precise, it's just not there, it's an ordinary amusement park with two figures. It's just an anti-brand for lego. There is no choice of Legos in the park's store: you can't buy the Burj Khalifa tower, an exclusive set of this legoland was sold in a single copy in the farthest kiosk near the attraction. I strongly advise you not to waste money and time.
We were in the Legopark in 2021. We were very disappointed, more than half of the attractions do not work. The water is all turned off. Even 3-year-old children are forced to wear masks in the park. Queues are space, I work lazily. They put one person in the booths, so you have to stand for a long time. In most pavilions, they just give out a lego box, assemble the cars yourself, entertain yourself. It is impossible to eat in a cafe!!! The food is disgusting. The child was ordered pizza, he did not eat, he was not allowed to take it with him. Prices for all products are greatly inflated, the only plus is the variety of goods. From every point they shout and drag by the hands buy, yes buy. It's like I got into chirkizon in the 90s. We were very sorry that we went to this park, if you can call it that. We do not recommend this attraction, do not waste your time and money.
In November 2019, we were in Dubai with a 7-year-old daughter. She is a Lego lover and Legoland has long been a special item. We planned to go to Denmark because of the rave reviews. We decided to visit Dubai on occasion, despite the fact that the price here is an order of magnitude higher.
It was raining heavily the day we bought the tickets. I called the administration, they told us that the ticket could not be transferred, the park was working as usual. OK. We've arrived.
There were about 10 people in the whole park. it all looked like they had built decarations to make a movie, they shot a movie and left.
Water flows from all the roofs like a river. We immediately got wet and had a cold.
We chose the most crowded attraction - cars: besides us there were 2 children and only 4 cars. Of the three cars for which the children were put, only 1 worked. The rest were constantly shutting down and the children were waiting for the service to sort it out. In general, it was not possible to ride properly.
But after that, THREE attendants attacked the children and began to sell the "driver's license" with a look like a badge at an exhibition, where a piece of paper with a type of "rights" was inserted. The cost of rights is $50))) When I said that they want too much for such rubbish and that it should be free at such a ticket price. Then they switched to some kind of wall made of miko-bricks-lego, attention!!!!! for $150!!!!! This is, in general, the cost of a ticket to this very Legoland.
We wanted to warm up somehow. There are a couple of cafes with their synthetic burgers of unknown origin throughout the territory. Tea - Lipton. The only thing that could be bought there in my opinion is ice cream (but we are already frozen) or water. I asked to pour boiling water for the child to warm up, they sold it to me for 200 rubles and we exhaled a little.
Half of the rides didn't work as a result. It was impossible to be in the pavilion where the exhibits are located because of the wild cold and wind from the air conditioners. Nothing particularly interesting was found in this pavilion either.
Let's go to the mini-factory, where the children have to make a lego brick themselves. As a result, we watched a mini-video about the production process, then a Chinese gentleman came and showed in Chinese English that plastic should be laid here, paint is here, then everything will fly here through this pipe and a brick will turn out and just gave everyone this very brick... Complete profanity!!!! And where is the material given to the child, and where is the self-production, as it happens in other countries???
Attractions according to the daughter like in Kolomenskoye Park in Moscow %)))))))) And the FREE Gorky Park is an incomparable pleasure in comparison with the Dubai Legoland.
Shops in legoland are a T-shirt, a cap and a keychain at 10-expensive in comparison even with dubaymol)))) Ah! Also silicone worms for baking. Probably the demand is great, so they are sold there. Lego sets are 2 times more expensive than in the store.
When I looked at the transfer options, it was written in many places that free buses to the metro run. That's a lie. We waited an hour, they were not there and nowhere on the road or at the subway in the specified places they were nowhere. There were no signs of the stopping place.
We didn't have to count on human help: no one knows anything, all the few people we met sent us in different directions. It is one and a half times more expensive to leave this park than to come there. And the taxi drivers, who steadfastly kept the price while we tried to wait for the bus to leave for free, ridiculed us.
The impression of absolute profanation and dilution. If you are a very inexperienced person, there is nothing to do at all, no difference in attitude, you can go once. But the red price of this whole park is 1-2000 rubles, certainly it's not worth the money that they cut from 10 people a day.
Our kids love Lego, so we went to LegoLand Dubai. This theme park, for children, was opened in 2016. Arriving at the park by 10 am, the children and I got to Riverland – a beautiful European village with an artificial river, shops and restaurants, there are beautiful views everywhere for photos. There is a huge selection of Legos in stores, but it is not very cheap, although you can find toys with discounts. Next is LegoLand itself, divided into six different zones, where there are about 40 attractions. In the center of the MiniLand Park (A Small country), Dubai city in miniature is built here from 20 million Lego bricks, and also famous sights of other countries, such as the Egyptian pyramids. There are skyscrapers, and an airport with planes, and cars, and people – everything moves, glows, makes sounds like in a real city, even fountains sing. The children were interested in running around and looking at everything, the granddaughter even lost her purse, the employees suggested that we contact the finds department at the exit of the park, where this purse was returned to us to the great joy of the girl! A trifle, but nice. We had a glimpse at the Factory Factory, where you can see how Lego cubes are made and in the Imagination zone, it is interesting for older children here. It was cool to go down on a submarine to the realm of fish and sharks in Adventure. The children really liked the area called Kingdoms, where a bright dragon-train runs. The children had the most vivid impression in Lego City, when they, along with mom and dad, raced in two fire trucks and extinguished a fire in the building. There is also a real Lego town with cars, mini-roads with traffic lights and police officers, where it was interesting to ride cars. The entrance to all the attractions is by height, our children stretched out to the string, stood on tiptoe, so they wanted to get there! With pleasure we swam on a boat, rode on locomotives, on typewriters, bought souvenirs, in general, got a lot of fun and impressions! Time flew by quickly and, unfortunately, we didn't have time to go to LegoLand Water Park, at the end of November it gets dark quickly here, so we will come to Dubai again! LegoLand Park closes at 18.00, after which we immediately went to another beautiful Motongate amusement park, which is within walking distance and is open until 22.00.
Something incredible. It is interesting for both children and adults. There are a lot of attractions, there are even family (team competitions). The UAE in miniature is amazing. Definitely worth a visit. It's hard to get around everything in a day.
A large theme park. It will be especially interesting for children under 10 years old. There are carousels/rides, robo-studios. Lego sets in the park are more expensive than in the malls of the city)
The park is just a fairy tale. I advise everyone!!! The child is absolutely delighted, and I haven't seen anything better and cooler to be honest!!!! Just super!!! The money spent is not a pity, voo.Yes, it's worth it!!!!!
If your child is below 95 cm, then there is nothing to do here. Some rides didn't work. The rating is average, weak for Dubai, but in general, teenagers will be interested
