We were with my daughter today. We ordered pizza and drinks. Everything is very tasty, the friendly waiter is a girl who speaks Russian. It is a very beautiful and cozy place.
The prices are average, now it is expensive everywhere in Turkey.

If there was an opportunity to put a rating below one star, then I would do it without hesitation. There were three of us girls, and although we ordered breakfast for two from the menu, the bill put the price for three (for 1.5 servings). The waiter increased the portion without our consent, the service was rude, and the waiters were unfriendly, as if they were doing us a favor. When breakfast was brought to us, it turned out to be terribly tasteless, with dirty and unwashed vegetables, dried fruits, dirty cheese. Despite the offer to replace the plate, we refused, as our impression was already spoiled. Not only did they not provide a discount for dirty products, but they also incorrectly indicated the price of breakfast in the bill. I was particularly outraged that the administrator started being rude and threatening, referring to the fact that he is a Turkish citizen, and we are citizens of another country. Very disrespectful attitude to customers, especially to guests from other countries.

The only good thing is the convenience of the location. The menu is large, but not very tasty. The level of the dining room is not the best, and the prices are not at all canteen. Unless the coffee is good. For some reason, the waiters are very unfriendly, do not smile.

This is not a cafe, but a snack bar with ice cream for children. If you order adult food, be prepared that it will be a tasteless, incomprehensible pile) For example, I ordered a medium-fried steak, which was delivered EXACTLY 5 minutes later)))))) incomprehensible something from heated vegetables, with hot on top, cold inside))), mashed potatoes and a piece of some kind of over-dried meat on it (the cook dried it in the microwave apparently, and even warmed it up not for the first time, because after cutting and trying a piece, I realized it))) and there is an incomprehensible slurry on top, apparently they call the sauce that is from the store opposite))) Of course I refused to eat it. BUT the manager told me that he could replace me. I realized that this would be another nonsense, so I refused to replace it. The funny thing is that when calculating it, they included it in the bill, justifying that they offered a replacement, I can't laugh with these restaurateurs))) If you want delicious food, go to Barbarossa in normal cafes)

The food here is delicious (a couple of items from the menu), but the rest is just so-so. The only thing worse than the food here is the staff, they've picked up some kind of boorishness, the waiters seem to be doing a favor to come up and take the order. The owner of the cafe, who often goes there, is also a man who makes you want to vomit, digs up from nothing and looks at you as if you are guilty of all human sins. Be prepared also that you will constantly have extra items added to the receipt (just like that), and when asked: "I did not order this," they will answer: "Oh, they say, well, this way and that, the position cannot be removed from the receipt." I will never come here.
