In the evening (18:30) the day before the wedding, I wrote myself (although they promised to contact me in advance and coordinate the bouquet) to find out if everything was fine, and received a response at 19:30: "everything is fine, today we will send a photo of the bouquet, but the price is 20p per piece."
The flowers obviously did not just arrive, they could have written themselves, and I was not the initiator. They reached the last one so that I couldn't order from competitors. That's not how brides are treated on the eve of a wedding. You can't do that to customers at all.
I had to take a bouquet for 20p apiece, because there was no choice. And the photo of the finished bouquet was sent only in the morning.
I highly recommend that brides and no one else get involved.

Do not repeat the mistakes. It's not the gold that glitters.
