Everyone is cooking and you can eat, for those who do not want to return to the hotel. You can sign up for an ala card at the hotel reception (there is a computer where you can sign up yourself), sign up in the morning from 9.00 the recording opens, and in the evening go to eat In the evening, the same transfer takes you to the evening shows and at 22.00 the disco in Coco Loco begins. I advise you!!! The contingent is mainly European tourists, mostly pensioners. Food - who is used to fruits and seafood in Egypt - this is not here! Small doses and a very poor assortment in fruits and even vegetables. One of the advantages is the well-groomed territory of the hotel and only the employees of this hotel take it out. A very pleasant team, employees: everyone smiles, helps and tries to create comfort. When we went on an excursion to the dry ration, we were given for 2 people: one bag of 0.2 g juice, two sandwiches, one with sausage, the other with cheese and one orange, which on the one hand was rotten! Straight with visible rot. This is for two people!)) they give water for free, we took it ourselves, it's for free! All the glasses in the pool area and on the beach in the cafe are plastic, reusable, but worn to the point that it is an amazing pleasure to pick them up, and how they are washed there in a cafe on the beach - I would rather not look ...- in one basin and did not sleep nod then. From what I saw in the dining room, I personally wiped all the plates and utensils with napkins. I changed the plates a couple of times for the same reason, they were not washed, it seemed to me. And there are a lot more nuances, perhaps this is 3 stars and this is the norm for this hotel, but we decided it was better not to save money and not risk our mood on vacation - to go to 5 stars, as before.

The disappointment is complete, there has never been such a holiday in any hotel, there have been in 2 * 3*, 5 rooms. Indifference to the guests. The staff tries hard, they wash and clean, everything is normal in Egyptian. There are a lot of different foods, but everything is somehow not tasty. For some reason, beef is always undercooked, tough and dry. They also manage to make a cake that is not tasty. Vegetables often have the smell of spoilage, multicolored beans are served in water and always fermented. Even the mashed potatoes had a smell today, maybe they lie in a hot metal container for a long time, I don't know. Due to the second line, it is necessary to return from the sea to the hotel for lunch or dinner, there is no restaurant or cafe on the embankment. By the sea there is only pizza until 11 o'clock and hamburgers, we do not like this kind of food, we decided to try it, it was cooked poorly, the cutlet is thin as a pancake, our friends rested in a nearby hotel 5 and their cutlet is thick and tasty enough. There was no water on the beach for 2 days and the toilets were closed, we ran to the neighboring beach or suffered to the hotel, electric cars drive quite often. The audibility in the room is as if the neighbors are talking nearby, I even answered😊 at night it is especially noticeable, I sleep with earplugs, our neighbors did not bother. Russian Russians are plentiful, but the staff does not speak Russian, the translator and I explained. WiFi is weak even at the reception, does not open photos and social networks. Entertainment is classic everywhere, but it's better to use the "private" dive more center - it's near the beach, big, Russian-speaking. Plus, take them (the price is the same everywhere +- bargain) - the transfer will be individual in most cases.

Grated carrots.Damn, but I'm not a rabbit!!I really wanted salads. I haven't seen anything new from the hot stuff in 11 days either.The same thing for breakfast - well, God forbid, but lunch and dinner are not going to surprise you. Soups are the same. for 3. The hotel is in the desert, 34 km from Hurghada, far away. It's worth 4 stars. I lived in a standard room, cleaning every day, a bottle of water, the territory is clean, the split is working. The pool is completely unheated, although they promise the opposite. I liked the food, not ideally, by 3.5 out of 5, but some of them gained 5 kg in a week, you won't be hungry. After 17:00 YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to go to the beach and walk for safety reasons, because after sunset sharks, foxes, snakes, zombies and dinosaurs come out. But from 21:00 to 2 a.m. transfer to a nearby hotel for animation and a disco. The staff is friendly, smiling, I liked everything. Only in the dining room, when you're sitting with your mouth full, they come up to you and ask if everything is OK, it's annoying. Taxi prices and excursions from the hotel are 3-4 times more expensive than they actually are, so it's better to look for yourself. In principle, there is nothing to do there except to eat and drink, there is nothing to go to the beach, I went on excursions, safaris, that's the only reason I didn't get tired of a week, for a relaxing holiday. The beach is nice, the view is beautiful. You will always find "your own" for communication, in the evening almost everyone hangs out at the bar, so you won't hang yourself out of boredom. THE COFFEE is TERRIBLE, I've never drunk this before, next time I'll take mine to Egypt, and I advise all gourmets too I want to edit the review after half a year, because now there is something to compare it with! One thing to say- Lemon and Soul turns out to be a great, clean hotel with a great selection of food! It also has its own beach!! That's why I'm adding another star!!

Upon check-in, they unobtrusively offered to pay extra for a room with a view of the pool, but we refused. The floor in the room was dirty, but generally passable. We knew we weren't going to 5 stars. The food is normal, there is no huge choice, but you will not stay hungry either. The fact that the beach on the 3rd line did not bother at all, shuttles go even more often than every half hour. Imho, its beach is better than the neighboring Stella hotel (there is an option only from the pier, it takes a very long time to walk from the shore so that it is at least waist-deep). There is a bar on the beach and a 12-15h foot truck with pizza and burgers. The sea is clean, the beach is being looked after. The territory of the hotel is all in greenery. In the evenings, the hotel has live vocals, there is no animation. People are sitting around the pool and chatting. In general, the hotel is for a relaxing stay. At 21.00 there are various activities in the neighboring hotel, you can go there. It was not the 1st time in Egypt that I was surprised by the staff - they became very friendly and attentive. There is no rudeness. On the downsides - dirty and already tired drinks cups, which, especially on the beach, wash very poorly. Therefore, it is better to use tubes. Separately, about Bashir's guide from Biblio Globus (Sun International) - we bought a tour of the royal yacht from him. The most important reason to take the tour from him was that they would make sure that the group was without citizens from Ukraine in order to exclude unpleasant situations. As a result, in a group of 30 people, 20 people were from Ukraine. But we didn't have any excesses, all well-mannered people got caught, some calmly communicated with us in Russian. Therefore, if you want to take excursions, take a tour from the locals, for example, yourself. And yes, the hotel is not for adults, there were children too. The contingent is in equal parts Russians, Germans, Czechs, French, Arabs. Not all staff speaks Russian. If you want to go with the children, I do not recommend it. For adults who want a relaxing holiday, swimming and sunbathing for a cheap price is a good option.
