I don't know where there are so many positive reviews from, but I'm very upset. I bought very beautiful winter boots with high soles in February last year. I carried it for just a few days, as the insole collapsed, squares formed, and the foot began to fall in very uncomfortably. The store took it away for repairs. Repairs were made, but only one boot. I had to carry the boots a second time. The repairs were done. The boots have outlived their one-month warranty and have undergone a full scribe sole. There was A HUGE GAP in both boots.
