A cozy hotel. We lived in a room with a view of the mountains and the monastery. Beautiful view of Swan Lake. One of the disadvantages is the nighttime croaking of frogs. Burush in the ears and sound sleep is provided) It's close to the sea. There are many beautiful places and ancient sights in the city.
Two buildings with different room prices, courteous staff, good cuisine at the hotel.

Great hotel. There were minor problems with the plumbing (the shower was leaking), the staff was experienced and responsive.
The restaurant and the kitchen are very good. Breakfast is fine.
We have been traveling to Abkhazia in August for 10 years. We live near Sukhum. Two years ago, our favorite sushi cafe closed. Our friend recommended Leon and his kitchen to us. We tried it then - we liked both fish and meat dishes. Now we will definitely stop there to eat some goodies))
We stopped for lunch at 11:45. I immediately ordered a cappuccino, hoping at least in this "elite" institution for its decent preparation. As it turned out, it is impossible to order breakfast only and from the lunch menu before 12:00. Meanwhile, they brought boiled liquid from coffee and milk degrees so 75 °C.... Curtain.
The best cuisine in all of Abkhazia. The dishes are cooked with soul, and there is both European and Japanese cuisine, very tasty burgers. The waiters are highly qualified, the service is at the highest level.
A wonderful Hotel and probably the best one in Abkhazia today. Wonderful cuisine, clean rooms and friendly staff. Fully justifies its cost. I advise everyone
There are no bedbugs or mosquitoes. We are coming for the second time, every year it gets better and better. Shops , canteens, cafes, everything is nearby, especially the sea. At the end of June, the sea is clear, there are few people.
Everything is good, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good cuisine.
The disadvantage is the late opening of the cafe and bar at 08.30 - that is, it is impossible to drink tea or coffee before the opening
