The tavarologist took the painting and took it to the back room. I came back and was told that the painting had been checked, everything was fine with it. We continued to insist that our issue be resolved somehow. The director was called. We were told to do an examination and apply somewhere. We opened the picture and showed how the diamonds fall off. To which we heard that "we have everything of such quality", we did not receive an answer to the question of how you checked the glue in this picture. I asked for some alternative solution, because it is impossible to use the painting, and I did not hear anything intelligible.After 10 minutes of dialogue with the store's director, we were told that they would refund the money, but before that they wished that everything was bad in our lives. It seems to me that this is unacceptable behavior with the store's customers. There was a terrible aftertaste after the visit. I want to say that initially there was no negativity towards employees. We just came to solve the problem.
