They ruined a new pair of shoes. The master and the seller are clearly out of place. The request was to pull a little bit only in the ascent, if possible. If not, or it will somehow hurt, do nothing. I clarified this several times. They were stretched into two sizes, damaging the skin, stretch marks appeared. They say, "this is normal." Shoes can only be thrown away now. Not "Shoe repair", but "Shoe breakage".

Shoe repairs are done well. I bought black Salton shoe paint from them. I painted the shoes in a dark lilac color. He came and showed it, to which the seller replied that they were not responsible for the quality of the goods they were selling. I had to give them this paint.
