We bought bathhouse materials (linden, extra) at the forest base (Malinovka). Competent consultation and sale of goods was completely overshadowed at home when they began (after 2 days) to nail the lining. Curved board, different chamfer sizes on the same board. To begin with, we tried to resolve the issue in the form of consultation with the seller - what to do next (photos were sent to prove it)? How to fix the situation? In response, an aggressive, boorish employee tries to convince us that they sold a quality product and they are not to blame, because the product comes from the Russian Federation. Negative, complete lack of desire to solve emerging after-sales issues....

If you call, they promise that the necessary material will arrive in a day or two, and so with each call, I waited for more than a week, they fed me with promises, while the seller regularly claimed that he did not promise anything last time.
