The most unpleasant feeling remained from the failed attempt to cooperate with this company.
November 19. by calling the number +375 (29) 664-28-43, which is listed on the website (on Friday the name Sergei was also indicated there, so I probably communicated with Sergei), I was told that there was no product of interest to me, but next week there will probably be a delivery, and perhaps that I it will be necessary in this delivery. The person on the other end of the line (Sergey) gave answers in some kind of non-philosophical way, clearly not knowing what adequate communication with the client was, which was already unpleasant. After consulting with the builder, we decided that the next delivery week was potentially suitable for us, and I decided to call again to clarify about the possible delivery of the goods next week. The phone was not picked up at +375 (29) 664-28-43 (Sergey), so I called the second number listed on the website +375 (29) 217-17-77 (on Friday this number was signed as Alexander). When Alexander heard what I was looking for, he said that they had this material, but he needed to clarify the volume and they would contact me after a while. At 15:50, I got a call back from the number
+375 (29) 664-28-43 (Sergey) and the original person talked to me again. Again, communication with him, unlike communication with Alexander, was as bad as possible. (for example, the question of how to pay for goods (cash / card) was answered "as usual"). As a result of the conversation, we came to the following: because they worked on Friday until 5 pm, I did not have time to come to them to pay for the goods, then we agreed that I would arrive on Monday (they do not work on weekends) by 10 am (because according to the person with whom I communicated,earlier 10 there is no point in coming), and I will be able to buy what I need. Arriving today on Monday at 10:10 a.m., I met with the same "Sergei". As it turned out, they no longer have the full amount of wood that I planned to buy, because they have already shipped it to another person. To the reasonable question that we agreed, I arrived, but there was no product (I could at least call, they would have saved me an hour on the road), I was answered: "while they give money, you need to take it." There was no attempt to find a way out of the situation, to offer some alternative and a banal apology. This man was just sitting at the table and listlessly thinking about something of his own.
Terrible attitude both towards the client and humanly. They are ready to sell anything for a hard coin, regardless of the agreements.

When we said that we still wanted to take it, they told us again no, leave. It feels like they just didn't want to sell it. The service is terrible, the employees don't know how to talk at all. It is better not to waste time on such companies

I ordered 5 cubes of grade 1-2 boards from their office. I have made a 100% prepayment. . They assured that they would bring good boards. In fact, they brought a lot of cracked, rotten and non-woven ones.
If you order from them, then choose for yourself, otherwise you will get garbage.
