But the center of attraction is a restaurant or a summer cafe, and here there are just questions. The service leaves much to be desired. There are few waiters. It takes a long time to wait for food. If they came as a company, they may confuse the positions in the account and not even apologize. However, they will offer a compliment in the form of a cup of coffee or ice cream, but it will take a very long time to wait for it!)) So long that you won't want anything anymore). The food is not always delicious. Some salads, such as those with roast beef and porcini mushrooms, are absolutely tasteless - you will not feel any mushrooms or roast beef, some kind of mass to fill your stomach. The summer cafe has a bad hood, it smells very strongly of burnt steaks or fat from them, although the cafe is open. Well, in general, a pleasant place to have dinner and meet friends.

A great place to relax. It is very quiet and cozy. The territory is green and well maintained. The complex consists of cottages, the rooms are not large. We wanted to drink tea, but there was no kettle in the room, so we had to go to the neighboring city to get it.
There is a good restaurant with a terrace on site, a good selection of dishes, prices are slightly above average. You can also go to the grill bar on the street, live music on summer evenings. Breakfast is included in the room rate for a day.
Going on vacation for a couple of days is a good option, but if you are planning a long vacation, then you may be bored there.
I would add a spa complex and some entertainment on site.

A chic hotel, located in the forest next to the river. A large, clean area. Modern design of houses and grounds. Friendly and courteous staff. The hotel has a good restaurant, everything is very tasty (although in my opinion there are not enough Belarusian dishes). Among the entertainment options there is a sauna, fishing, cycling, mini football and mini golf. There is also a large playground and areas with sun beds and hammocks. The neighboring boarding house has a huge sandy beach with a good descent into the river. Of the disadvantages, the rooms already require cosmetic repairs, but it is not yet critical. We are coming for the second time and only positive impressions. We will definitely come back.

In autumn, there are no activities on the territory and the only entertainment is:sit in the room or visit the restaurant.
The room was disappointing, especially the shower, in which it is almost impossible to wash, because it pours in all directions, furniture that has lived a lifetime, a TV without Internet access. But I note that it was clean.
The restaurant is pretty mediocre.
It can be seen that the staff does not have any rules for communicating with customers, that at the reception, that in the restaurant they cannot really answer any questions.
A place with good potential, but a lot of flaws.

The rooms are modest, there is not enough set with toothpaste and a brush, it also probably makes sense to install a shower curtain. The shower is not adjustable, it is not very convenient. Breakfast (included in the price) is delicious and very hearty, it is prepared for you by choice. We had dinner at the restaurant on the summer veranda, the kitchen is not bad, but it is clearly too weak for such a cost. The menu is not all available yet, but we will write it off on the first day of the opening of the veranda. Otherwise, everything is fine, but there is something to work on, it can be much better.

I decided to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and household chores. I rented a single room on October 31 for 1 day. The price of the issue is 100 white rubles on a weekday, acceptable. I would like to note that we have been here many times. I went into the room, upset... there's a moth flying in the shower, 4 pieces. I went to the reception and asked to clean up. But no one came to me like that!!! I hopped on a chair for half an hour and tried to solve this problem on my own! There is a terrible smell of dampness in the shower. Turning on the rain shower itself, it was impossible to wash, since more than half of the ducts are clogged with plaque!!! Can't it be cleaned??? No shower tray, terrible drain system!!! The whole shower room is in the water! I had to clean the water into the drain myself with my foot! Taking a towel, a moth also flew out of the towel! There is no disposable brush and paste! There are no cotton pads and ear sticks! The foundation of the basics! There is no mini-bar in the room, no kettle and tea! There was one bottle of 0.5 water. There are no questions about the restaurant's work for dinner, delicious, fast, beautiful! The breakfast was normal, but the bread was not fresh. The territory is good, but the pond has already been launched, everything is in the thickets. The impressions are so-so, there is no desire to return here anymore. Even for 100 rubles. Terrible service and staff.
We had a rest together. We made a big order. Including several steaks. The steak position is in the menu and the price is opposite it (photo menu). The bill was brought: it turned out that this was the price for 100g, while the waiter did not warn that the price for 100g was indicated and you need to look at some asterisks * and read the explanations at the very bottom of the page. Moreover, without silently warning us, a side dish was added to all steaks and, upon clarification, explained that the side dish is always served with steaks and goes in a SEPARATE position to me for a fee. they didn't tell us about it and just increased the bill by 50p on side dishes alone!
When figuring out all these unpleasant things, the chef came out, who tried to prove US wrong. That is, we were confronted with the fact. We are persistent and we were able to defend our rights.

First of all, I will probably note the advantages, which are definitely there: the food was unexpectedly good, I would have given a strong 5 to the chef and the administrator Irina. The rest is pretty mediocre. But I note that each time the same dish could be different) it was interesting that the number of toasts and croissants for breakfast could vary) which is funny in itself. Apparently it depends on the shift.
About the territory, I don't quite understand why no one writes that the harbor itself is an oasis surrounded by an abandoned children's camp. You go behind a hotel or restaurant and there the buildings are abandoned, although some of the houses were removed, but the foundations remained there. Let's go take a closer look at the abandoned buildings, there was broken glass in some places.
We rented a house with a kitchen. It's like a gazebo on the side. By itself, the house and everything inside is far from the first freshness, a crumbling leather sofa, plumbing somewhere. But the epogee of all is the soul. There is no door or curtain, after washing you just arrange a flood in the entire bathroom. Which you then wipe yourself with a foot towel. The coil is not working. That's actually what causes the change of towels every day, which delights the bulk of the guests. Everything is constantly wet. During the week, the bed linen has never been changed.
Well, my favorite part is the location of the houses. The houses, for a lot of money, are located in the gazebo area and next to the restaurant, right in front of the grill bar. In this regard, there is absolutely no privacy. Strangers are lying on deck chairs under the windows at a distance of 2 meters, these same people then sit down in a gazebo, which is like your kitchen, and before you go there to drink tea or put the children to draw, you need to go out and kick people out with cocktails. There are cocoon swings on the street under the canopy, often guests hang in them on their phones)). Bicycles can be rented. And the smell of the pine forest and the clean air here will surprise you. We had a rest together. at the height of the season, the rest fell on hot weather at +35. There are no air conditioners in ordinary rooms, only fans, and it hardly worked in the friends' room (the second one). There were problems with the toilet drain in the suite, the rooms were not properly inspected, chipped furniture, an uncomfortable shower, the Internet did not catch on the second half of the estate.
The frame pool is dirty on the street, no one really looks after it, filtration includes a feeling that vacationers themselves clean up garbage and hair with a net, the stairs at the entrance to the pool are wobbly.
We took a sauna, it's great, but the pool inside is dirtier than the outdoor one. All the walls are covered in brown.
Everything in the grill bar is not bad, it's quite tasty, but for this money it's not wow (purely subjective assessment). They try to serve, although with a full landing it is not without problems.
