Good evening.we had a rest at the sanatorium from 17 to 26 April 2025.We really liked it.Let's start with the dining room.The girls are great, everything is delicious and satisfying.thank them very much, the doctor prescribed the procedures well.Many thanks to the nurses who do the procedure.the sanatorium is small and modern.everything has increased.there is also entertainment: discos, movies, excursions.the territory is beautiful, there is a large lake.My husband and I took a break and healed up a bit.and the girls' maids cleaned every day.so we recommend visiting the Lesnye Ozera sanatorium.we will definitely come next year.and once again, thank you very much to all the staff, see you soon.

I was immediately struck by the nature: the sanatorium is located on the shore of a lake surrounded by pine forests. Clean air and cloudless sky (although it was raining heavily throughout Belarus at that time). The sanatorium has rooms for every budget. We stayed in one of the rooms in the cabin. In general, the apartment is fine, if not for the small shower cabin. With a height of 172, taking a shower is problematic, not turning around, not bending your leg. The food in the dining room is slightly better than in the hospital: portioned, served by unfriendly waiters. The bed linen in our room was worn, and the bathrobes were darned. There were dishes in the room, but the cups were cracked, I thought they would fall apart and I would have to pay for them. Cleaning on demand, the maid came daily. A small pool with cannons, but a very oily women's locker room with one shower with a small watering can. The treatment in the sanatorium is decent. But if you come for a few days, you won't have time to go through the popular procedures, they are scheduled. In general, the staff's attitude towards vacationers is good. Despite the presence of negative emotions, I would still go to the sanatorium.

The place is simply amazing and picturesque! Nature, harmony, lake, spring with mineral water. The specialists here are professionals in their field, it is very pleasant to communicate with them. The staff is friendly. The procedures are inexpensive and accessible to everyone. Rest here is a fairy tale!
The campers are cheerful, kind, and friendly. It's nice to celebrate holidays in such a place.
The food is delicious and natural.
We lived in a cottage, it was warm in winter, you can adjust the temperature in the room at your request.

- the wooden houses, in particular, we lived in house 6, are good. It was very warm, although the temperature outside dropped to - 16 at night.
Minuses:
- the dining room. We checked in on Saturday evening. The system here is as follows: every weekday at lunch you need to order food for yourself the next day. For the weekend, food is ordered on Friday. Those who arrive on Friday afternoon eat "what remains" on Saturday and Sunday. That's what they told us. That is, they eat the dishes on duty. In general, the sediment. The portions are small, but we didn't starve. Salads don't make well. It's very cold in the dining hall. Compote is dosed - a mug per person. Tea is only black, green sometimes appeared, a couple of bags.
- room cleaning is also lame. It seems to be cleaned, but not with high quality. The towels haven't been changed in 7 days, and the bed linen hasn't been changed either. I probably should have asked, but no one warned me about it.
The overall impression is good. Retirement vacation.

The best place for wellness and treatment in its price/quality segment, there is parking for cars, the staff is friendly, the medical staff is qualified, the management is responsible and executive, the food is delicious at 10+ on a ten-point scale. I want to write everything as it is. The staff is excellent, their sincerity and professionalism cover some of the disadvantages of this sanatorium. The first disadvantage is that living in a house causes a lot of trouble on the issue of sound insulation. If your room is located in the center of the house, which has four entrances, then it is almost impossible to live in it, since you can hear every word of the neighbor and the creaking of the floor. The second disadvantage is that there is no leisure time in winter, only billiards and table tennis. The children are very sad! There was an issue with nutrition, but it was resolved. I would like to express my special gratitude to Zhanna Mikhailovna and all the staff, as well as to Tatiana, the canteen employee, for her sensitivity and love for people, who solved all issues related to nutrition. The gym wants the best, BUT it has a coach who loves his profession and wants to go to classes again and again! Everything in the sanatorium is very simple, and if you want "luxury", then it is not here.

A good medical base and excellent specialists!!! except for the water in the spa, I came to the first bath, and the water is all rusty.
It would be nice to work on the menu.:salads are of the same type (cabbage, beetroot, beans, peas), tea is tasteless, there is not always a loaf at breakfast and dinners (if you do not come to the beginning of the meal). Otherwise, the food is delicious. You can dilute the diet with confectionery.
I would also like to draw the administration's attention to the halotherapy room.:the seating areas leave much to be desired, as well as their number does not correspond to the quadrature in this room. There were 10 of us during the procedure, 2 more could have fit if desired, but the effect of the procedure is lost, since you are not breathing salt, but the smell of a neighbor who is sitting shoulder to shoulder....
Excellent Lily of the Valley restaurant on the territory of the sanatorium! It's delicious and fast, and the staff is friendly.
But all the minor flaws are compensated by nature and air))

A nice little sanatorium. Very convenient location, among forests and lakes, a great place for recuperation and health!
What can I say: the main value of this sanatorium is the specialists! Excellent medical base, professional doctors who know their business (especially doctor Kovalev I. L. and massage therapists, very professional people), responsive medical workers (mostly). Excellent food in the dining room, a thoughtful diet, a variety of dishes. Cozy rooms with everything you need. All this pleases and affects your health in the most favorable way.
As a comment, I would like to note the following points:
Belarus is a very beautiful region and there is something to see here. History is everywhere here. But for some reason, things are extremely bad with excursions. There are beautiful cities nearby - Vitebsk, Polotsk, and Minsk is not so far away. But you can only leave the sanatorium by taxi! And the prices are equal to those in Moscow!!!! There is no transfer or organized transport! Excursions are organized, of course, but a small bus is served and everyone who wants to go there just can't squeeze in. And this action happens once a week. In general, the cultural work is not going well. When I was booking tours, I specifically asked more than once about tourist routes, because this is really important to me! And I was assured that there are no problems with excursions in this sanatorium.
In addition, for some reason, only three free procedures were allowed on our vouchers! They explained this by saying that if the trip is not more than 10 days, then these are the rules! This is the first time I've seen such game! Tell me what can be cured in three procedures, eh?! And there were days when herbal tea and a pool were among the procedures! It's fine! It is good that the sanatorium has an abundance of paid procedures, low prices and excellent specialists.
There are also no shops nearby: there is a small village nearby, but the assortment is extremely scarce.
I would also like to mention some of the employees separately. One of the receptionists, a blonde, is clearly out of place: what you don't ask in it - in response, wide-open eyes and a long "I don't know." No opportunity to check in early, no transfer, nothing. Not ale, as they say! The second, a brunette, is the exact opposite. And he will advise and ask- it's nice to communicate!
Summarizing the above, I would like the administration to take into account all the wishes and promptly eliminate them.

An excellent, small sanatorium located in a pine forest, has access to its own beach, two springs with mineral water. There is a private pool and SPA on site. An excellent sanatorium, but there are pros and cons. The gold and foreign exchange reserves of this sanatorium are the staff!!!!!!! Good, balanced nutrition, well-groomed territory! but! There is no simplest pharmacy kiosk with an assortment from anti-cold symptomatic remedies to hygiene items. At the time of my arrival, 1.10.24. there was no crowd. Not a single excursion! And so I wanted to go to Khatyn, the Breakthrough memorial complex, Mosyr....On the Orthodox feast of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Mother's Day, the crowd had a day off. But it was possible to congratulate, to find words for the mothers of at least three states! Where are those bonfires, theme nights, karaoke? We all love and know how to sing! So organize a karaoke song contest (tables)!Where are the events that this sanatorium was famous for? What happened? And of course, nowadays, it's time to issue all procedures in a single block, by day, in chronological order, so that vacationers do not manually draw Excel tables .... I wish the sanatorium to reach a new level of development and get out of "YESTERDAY"!

This is my second time in this sanatorium. We were in 2024, and it was cool. And now, in 2025, I really wanted to go home for 3 days.
The main reason is the lack of organized events. During our last vacation, we visited 3 campfires in 10 days, where there were always presenters who conducted contests and other organization. There was a meeting night in Lily of the valley where everyone got to know each other.
This time we went to one bonfire, which left much to be desired. As they say, if you don't amuse yourself, it won't be fun. Disco is the same music, about giving flowers to women.
In the past, they would always come at lunch, tell you what would happen in the evening, where it would be better to come, and congratulate you on your birthday. This is not the case now. And to be honest, we noticed more than once how several times the emphasis was placed on who came from which country. It's not pleasant.
We really missed the former event organizer.
I'll think about whether I'll come back, because it was boring.
And I wanted to relax not only with my body, but also with my soul.

My parents' favorite sanatorium. We've been here three times already. It takes 2.5 hours by car from Minsk. It is located in the Vitebsk region. A very beautiful area for walking, near a forest, a clean lake in which you can swim. There is an option to stay in a cottage, or you can stay in a room. Medicine and medical procedures are at the highest level. Special thanks to the doctor Kovalev Igor Vladimirovich for the shock wave therapy procedure, the effect of it lasts for a long time. The food is very good and varied, you will definitely not stay hungry here. And if you want to diversify your menu somehow, then there is a Lily of the Valley restaurant nearby with delicious food and very affordable prices. There is a large playground for children. Various excursions to the cities of Belarus are offered, there is an entertainment program, discos, competitions, watching movies. There is also a spa complex.
A great place to relax and recover, come here without hesitation!

I recently visited the Lesnye Ozery sanatorium, and I remain deeply impressed by this place, where I spent several wonderful days.
First of all, I want to note that the medical staff here is simply wonderful! Doctors are real professionals in their field, they listen carefully and select effective procedures, which is very pleasant.
The pool, although small, is quite cozy and always clean, which allows you to have a pleasant time after the procedures. And a masseuse is a separate topic! A very nice woman who really knows how to do massage. Each session brought me incredible relaxation and recuperation.
Next to the sanatorium there is a restaurant "Lily of the Valley", where you can eat delicious food. I was pleased with the variety of dishes and the quality of service. However, unfortunately, the store nearby left only negative impressions due to a very poor assortment of products. That was the only disappointment of my stay.
The nature around is simply amazing!
The lake just a few steps from the sanatorium allows you to enjoy peace and quiet. I spent time outdoors, admiring the beauty of nature.
In general, my stay at the Lesnye Ozery sanatorium was wonderful. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for harmony, peace and quality treatment.

I was with a friend at the sanatorium in October this year. I liked the location of the sanatorium itself, far from settlements, in a pine forest. We lived beautifully in a cottage. The staff is courteous, polite, and friendly. The medical base is excellent, all the staff is friendly. Everything except the dining room. Disgusting food. Rude food vendors. So that they don't ask rudely. At the last lunch (before departure), the second courses were not brought, saying that we did not order and therefore there is no second course for us!!! We had a rest at the sanatorium in November 2023. It felt like they had returned to the USSR, this has its own charm) Everything is very simple and very nice. I especially liked the staff of the sanatorium, they are all friendly. Yes, they still write procedures in the sanatorium book, I spent an hour to make a schedule for each day) for the elderly, it probably wasn't convenient, it didn't bother me. The rooms are simple, there is no sound insulation, we lived in a cottage. The food is without frills, but you won't stay hungry, on the whole it's not bad. The territory is small, there is a forest and a lake nearby, in summer it is generally beautiful. It takes 10-15 minutes by car to the nearest city, we went there to the store. There was no special entertainment, there was an evening around the campfire, a concert by a Belarusian band, excursions on weekends, if there is a group.
If you need super service and super comfortable rooms, you definitely are not here. And we came to take a break from Moscow and get treated, and we liked everything. Relatives from St. Petersburg have been coming to this sanatorium every year for six years! and we've already booked it for next year. I hope I'll come back someday too. I didn't have time to buy a ticket this year, so I'm going to another sanatorium near Vitebsk.

A place away from the city noise, ecology, views are super, a nature reserve is nearby, and the Polotsk-Minsk highway is nearby, cars are running. There is a small village nearby, and in it there is a shop, a restaurant, a church. A small number of places (everyone knows each other by sight) on a large territory. Lake - swimming: the beach, the shore is convenient, the water is clean, mineral springs flow into it. The rooms are renovated, equipped and everything is thought out (even a sheet to lie on the beach). Dietary food (proteins and milk, vegetables, fruits, without sweets, flour - i.e. bread), but hearty, porridge, soup, salad, side dish - on the buffet. Swimming pool. Medical services. Physical therapy, Standard entertainment (movies, trips). Caring and attentive staff, trying to help everyone. Beauty, cleanliness, order of the territory.
Minuses. Jacuzzis and saunas are not included in the general package. A VERY SMALL locker room. Physical therapy - little equipment, Group exercises, aqua aerobics - no. There are few free treatments. Lake - the water is always cold (the keys are beating!), although it warms up to the surface. There is a shower stall very high in the room, and audibility in the house. Nutrition - a lot of vegetables, they are alone all the time: carrots, cabbage, beets, cucumber, potatoes in different combinations. Everything is boiled, stewed, baked. Cheesecakes are not fried, dumplings are not boiled in boiling water, almost without sugar. You will lose weight if you do not eat in the room (and there are dishes, a kettle, a microwave in the houses)! The source is a little far away, descending a steep staircase, because it is on a slope. Transport goes by inconveniently, once a day. There are still moments. But all this is solvable!

A family of 2 adults and 2 children vacationed in September 2024. We had a great rest, the food is excellent. The territory is clean, nature - lake, forest. The staff is friendly. There were shortcomings, but the advantages cover them. We lived in a two-room house, there are rooms like in a hotel.

A great place for a good rest and recovery.
The staff, the kitchen, the territory are all for 5.
Minus 1 🌟 for the following points:
1. The shower cabin in the room is quite neglected: mold, ventilation does not work (when you close in the shower stall, there is nowhere to get fresh air, it is very stuffy). (in the photo);
2. The SPA complex is just great, but the organization of its work is two-fold. There are more people running than lockers, there is nowhere to put things. In the pool, one instructor turns on all the massagers, fountains, the other one, referring to the fact that the engine burned out, but the burned one works at the next session, and the one that worked burned down.
Having paid for a visit to the SPA complex with baths (Turkish and Finnish) for 2 hours 40 bel.rub., there was a feeling that when the session began the furnaces were turned off and we had to go for an instructor and BEG to turn on the furnaces, but then the phrase "we have nothing to do with it, it's automatic" was waiting for us, but after a few minutes and for a few minutes, everything miraculously started working.
ADMINISTRATION, pay attention to this!!!

A cozy place with beautiful lakes, majestic pine trees and springs of non-mineral healing water. Beautiful pool and SPA. It would be nice if an adult had a playground for a workout. Otherwise, there are no horizontal bars and bars on the children's playground. But there is table tennis and billiards.

I just got back from the sanatorium. Excellent organization of rest and treatment. The staff is polite and friendly. Great food, delicious. We lived in a separate cottage, all the amenities. Clean, cozy. The territory is equipped. Benches, pergolas for recreation are kept in excellent condition. The paths and paths on the territory are well maintained. A very good place for treatment and relaxation. Various trips and interesting evening activities can be organized. Concerts and film screenings are taking place.

We had a rest in April 2024, we really liked it. Thank you very much to all the staff, especially the head nurse Zhanna Mikhailovna, nurses Ginko Tatiana and Natalia the cosmetologist. Thanks to the staff of the canteen for the delicious dishes. Respect to the cult organizers, we will definitely come again. Well, we visited the Soviet Union, where many sanatoriums in Belarus still live. How can we conclude from the reviews?
They even save on drinks. They are served in cups. I haven't seen anything like this for a long time! For lunch - a small cup of jelly or compote. For dinner - tea from the tank, already brewed, like in the school cafeteria! It's kind of dark. Coffee is also in the tank in the morning, there is only one smell from coffee, it tastes like water. Sometimes the coffee machine was working, but something incomprehensible was pouring out of it too. The portions are normal for me, but the men didn't overeat. If you can pour more soup for lunch, thank you for that, then there was nothing to add to the meal for dinner. In general, scoop nutrition. Well, a lot of waste, respectively. When you arrive, the sausage is spread out on the table in portions for everyone, half of this sausage was left on the table. It's not tasty. The children didn't eat cottage cheese, which was also set out, and no one else drinks kefir in the family, so I stayed too. Make a buffet so that everyone gets what they need and in the right amount! When the custom menu started, it got better. But again, it started on the 3rd day. Couldn't we have sent the menu online in advance so that we could order by the beginning of our stay? The sanatorium sent me a letter 3 days in advance that they were preparing for our arrival. I wonder what the training consisted of?
And yet, what is the main difference between a bespoke menu and a buffet? By what you see, what you put on yourself. If it's not clear, you can put a small spoon on the sample and decide whether it suits you or not. But you can't go anywhere in the order, I tried it - it's not delicious, they won't take it back. And there are unsuccessful dishes. For example, the draniki were like a mess once and burnt again. Very fatty sausages. Salad without dressing, probably out of mayonnaise. Vacationers asked for mayonnaise from the next table, they said no)).
I really missed the delicious pastries. There wasn't any at all. For breakfast - waffles or cookies. And for some reason, no cheesecakes, no curd casseroles. Don't they really eat this in Belarus? Pancakes or fritters could be chosen for dinner. Which is also very strange to me... And for breakfast, cutlets with pasta, which do not fit in any way when I recently opened my eyes. Breakfast starts at 8.30. I couldn't get enough sleep during the holidays. It was a pity to push the children away because of breakfast. The second shift starts at 9.30. But when we approached 9:30, the dining room was already empty. Thank you for keeping our table set. We had breakfast in proud solitude!).Boiled milk porridges! There was never meat in the soups. My children were unhappy.) Apparently, the meat goes to the second. We also saved money!))
And what a burden on the staff, pour 300 cups of compote for lunch, there are about 8 plates on each table (second, salad). The appliances are already on the table when you arrive. And then remove it all. For some reason, there is no table for dirty dishes, after all, the vacationers themselves could carry the plates with them.
There is no tea bag or coffee in the suite, even more so. But there's a microwave, and lots of dishes. A hint that you don't eat much in the dining room).
There are only 4 treatments in the wellness package, and you can't get them. The pool is at lunchtime or at 8 a.m. Physical therapy is also at 8 a.m. Is this a sanatorium or a prison? January 5th and 7th are days off, procedures are not working. Well, I'm sorry, of course, people come for 5 days, make sure they have the opportunity to receive procedures. Is it really impossible to arrange a shift schedule for employees?. It's a complete mess!
You can get an oxygen cocktail only by paying at the cash desk on the 2nd floor. We came to the cashier, stood in line, it turned out that we must first register with the medical registrar. Emotions overwhelmed me! What a scoop! Everything is for people, it's necessary to complicate rest and treatment so much! Is this a serious medical procedure? We could have even installed the device so that everyone could buy at any time. We didn't stand by the medical register because it was time to go to the salt room. And when we went back, the ticket office was closed for lunch.))) From 12.30 to 13. And the phytobar closes at 13.00. The service is on the verge of fantasy. The pool has 1 shower for everyone and 15 minutes to change clothes. Angry aunties are walking, yelling, pushing everyone.
The room had a large bed and a pull-out sofa. When they laid it out, they realized that it was impossible to lie down on it together. Uneven all over, creaks, narrow. They asked for a cot. But it's like being in a hammock. Anyway, my husband decided to sleep on the floor. We had inflatable mats in the car.
And finally, the maid got on my nerves. It turns out that you don't just close the room and leave. The maid comes to count the towels.))) My husband stayed in the room and for a long time he could not find one towel. She refused to take the number! But fortunately, it turned out later, there was a bed near the shower, I didn't notice. It's strange that she didn't count the dishes.
They concluded that they would not set foot in Belarusian sanatoriums anymore. And it all costs a lot of money. In 5 days, we paid 72 thousand for two adults and 2 children.
