Disgusting attitude towards customers! They promised to order an engine for a gas mower for 2 months and eventually got rude, saying: "we don't have it, go to the market and buy it there." Why would we have promised and delayed so much time, if we could have said right away that we were not doing this and would not order.

An official dealer, has its own workshop for repairing equipment, so there is confidence that their products can be counted on for warranty and other repairs. The specialists in the workshop are good, but the room is not adapted for receiving clients.
