Jumping is so cool! I've been going to training almost regularly for 8 months now and I don't regret it. It is much more fun and enjoyable than just running or doing other types of cardio training. Lovely coaches who explain everything in great detail and make sure that you do everything right, constantly improve and diversify the training program. It's fun and suitable for both women and men. People of any athletic training)
