I ordered a key for plumbing work on the website, I got the impression that I made the order in space. I did not receive any feedback about the accepted order, I had to call back and clarify that the order was accepted. After the promised delivery time, there is no information again, I had to call and clarify. It turned out that the delivery was delayed for a week and, according to the manager, it was not accepted to inform the client about this in the Letra campaign. As a result: 1 - lost time, 2 - work not done on time, 3 - spoiled mood. The disgusting work of the Letra company!
