A wonderful hotel! I recommend it!The room is very clean, cozy and beautiful.Large terrace with sea view.Everything you need is in the room.Convenient location, cafes and shops nearby, equipped beach is a 2-minute walk away.The owner is friendly and decent.

We booked a room with a sea view, the price per day was 7k, we settled in with a view of the market.
Although a completely different photo was indicated on the site, the owner categorically did not understand what was wrong and why I did not like the view for 7 thousand. 😂
The administrator referred to the owner, the owner to the administrator, as a result, after a long journey, with two adult women of 70 years old, we sat and waited for 2 hours until we were given the room FOR WHICH WE PAID AND WHICH WAS INDICATED IN THE PHOTO WHEN BOOKING!
After two hours of scandals with support, we were still given the GO-AHEAD to move into a room with a sea view, without deigning to get up and say so.
We found out about the fact of relocation only after we went down ourselves.)))

The room is clean, has air conditioning, wi-fi, TV, kettle. Room cleaning can be ordered every 3 days, bed linen and towels are changed. You can also cook a meal. Beautiful view of the mountains, near the sea, walk 5 min. 👍

A lovely guest house, the rooms are clean and cozy. The owners are hospitable and smiling. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Close to the sea. I definitely recommend it

I have rested in this place more than once. I like it. The rooms are clean, bright, and there are refrigerators. There is a place for cooking on the ground floor, you can cook breakfast, roast a barbecue, and not eat in a cafe. Parking! There are already few places in Gagra where there is parking. Everything is within walking distance: pharmacy, grocery store, cafe. It's 5 minutes to the sea, you don't even need to cross the road. With such an active traffic in the city, it's also convenient!

Not a bad guest house. We stayed one night.
Pros: close to the sea, clean and large room, comfortable bed, air conditioning and WiFi.
Cons: the hotel is located next to an entertainment catering establishment, and therefore, speakers were directed at our wall, from which music was blaring. Weak noise insulation , in the morning you can hear the whole hotel going to the sea , weak noise insulation.
Wi-Fi was periodically turned off.
Tired shower head
Considering that we only spent one night, it's tolerable, but if you stop by for a week, you definitely won't get enough sleep.

a good hotel in its price segment has very good rooms, air conditioning, a boiler with hot water, a shared balcony, small balconies in the rooms, pesto for cooking in the courtyard, a cafe grocery store here. But as soon as the lights are turned off, all the benefits of civilization disappear, although many hotels already have their own generators. The sea is very close, but the city hall itself overlooks the avenue. There is a disco in the cafe every evening.

But! 1. There is an ever-flowing construction site nearby.
2. Wi-Fi constantly knocks out a bad signal. (youtube doesn't pull in the evening)
3. There is loud music nearby until 00:30. There is no sound insulation!

Clean, there is everything you need. The level of hospitality is noticeably higher than the average in Gagra. Of the disadvantages, only weak Wi-Fi (I think it depends on the location of the room).

I liked the room itself. Comfortable beds, clean, freshly renovated, pleasant atmosphere. But, if you are going on a relaxing vacation, then you should not stop there. There is a cafe nearby, and insanely loud music from 9 pm to 1 am. It's impossible to fall asleep. This is the only drawback. Everything else is super, the sea is nearby, the prices are reasonable, the owners are super.
