This is probably the worst service I've ever encountered. The ordered Americano was not brought to me. I reminded him about it, but they didn't bring it to me again. Then I pressed the button to call the waiter several times, the bell was heard, but no one came up. They only came up when I ordered the bill. It should be especially noted that only 2 tables were occupied in the entire restaurant (there were also 2 waiters).
We took two khachapuri, they seemed too salty to me. Although perhaps the problem was that they didn't bring me a drink and I stuffed them into myself dry.

The only star for the interior.
The table in front of us was wiped with such a smelly cloth that I immediately felt sick. I had to ask to wipe it again. But it did not save either. Only the aromatic wet wipes that were with me.
A chicken steak with mashed potatoes and shitaki was brought to the child. The chicken was not fried, while it was being overcooked, we were about to leave.
Well, for dessert:
My wife asked me to bring out a dessert with a candle, in honor of my birthday. First came dessert and a candle (special thanks to the staff for lighting it), and then they turned on the song, which was paused a couple of times).

One of the best places in Batumi. My wife and I often come here. Order Caesar here one day. Believe me, you have never seen or tasted a more beautiful serving and refined combination of products in a salad. The interior is excellent, the waiters work quickly. Everything is fine! I didn't see any beggars. Unreasonably low rating, and even more so the comments of some users.

It is clear that it was not worth waiting for something supernatural from pizza and burgers, but even just an average level was not in sight.
The burgers are dry, the chicken patty is overcooked.
But pizza. There were about 30 grams of tomato in the margarita. And dried oregano. But it's not dry because it's not fresh, but because it was sand. The way the sand crunches on your teeth is unmistakable. The waiter shrugged her shoulders. The cook showed a container of oregano, of which there is exactly half a teaspoon. For some reason, the cook did not agree to my offer to try his dish.
And yes, we waited 55 minutes for pizza.
This place is the worst we've visited in 10 days.

Delicious coffee and khachapuri in Adjarian style. Pizza is a little weak. The service is at a very low level. In this place, they ordered khachapuri in Adjarian style with 4 cheeses, 2 desserts (shokmange and pistachio mousse) and pineapple juice. A total of 42 lari came out. Khachapuri was excellent: a lot of cheese and delicious dough. Excellent. But the desserts were ordinary (nothing supernatural). In general, we realized that in Georgia it is better to order dishes of Georgian cuisine, and overeat churchkhella for dessert. In general, the place is excellent, we recommend it.

I visited this institution three times. The kitchen is great! Khachapuri is at the highest level, but the burger is very dry, the bun is cold and there is zero sauce. Coffee is relatively normal for Georgia.
But!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I took off two stars due to the lack of a guard! It would seem a trifle, but in one evening five beggars came into the restaurant!!! one of them stank so much that a piece wouldn't fit in my throat afterwards. On subsequent occasions, begging children and old women on crutches came in.
