The time of registration is accurate, because the whole day is planned. As a result, I arrived at the agreed time, and they start making a fool of me that the record is at 16:00. The administrator immediately said that he was not to blame and left. I called the car washer, who sometimes takes calls, but he couldn't remember when the order was placed on Friday or Sunday. They could not provide a solution to the issue, except for the displacement of the time of rendering the service and the microskid... They could not provide a recording of the conversation or simply did not want to..
The result: minus 3 cars for maintenance from my side.
Those who value time - I do not advise.

Был на этой автомойке,очень понравилось, хороший персонал, очень хорошее качество и ответственность, производилась химчистка салона и полировка кузова сделанные работы я оценил 10из10ти.в последующем езжу на эту и только эту мойку. Классная мойка ! Мою тут машину раз в 2 месяца( не самый чистоплотный водитель я ) Позвонила , записалась , сдала ключи , вернулась через 1,5 часа - машина красавица , как новенькая . Всегда вежливо и хорошо.

Возле палаццо альтернатив не много. Взял самый дорогой комплекс. И если салон почистили на 4, то кузов помыли не более чем на 2 балла. С учётом того, что я им машину на 2+ часа оставлял, потом ещё 15 мин ждать надо былоИ это с учётом далеко не низкой цены комплекса в сравнении с другими мойками. Не рекомендую.

Отличная автомойка!! Много раз пользовалась их услугами и всегда оставалась довольна. Кузов моют чисто, салон убирают хорошо, стекла всегда идеально протирают, помоют диски, нанесут чернение, после них машина всегда сияет 😍😋. Цена/качество соответствует. Также радует всегда чистая комната ожидания, есть кофе, напитки, можно выбрать автопарфюм по приемлемым ценам. Кроме того, хорошим бонусом, я считаю, является их прекрасное расположение, в шаговой доступности ТЦ "Palazzo", ТЦ "Корона Замок", что очень удобно. Можно пригнать машинку и спокойно сходить прогуляться по магазинчикам, пока ребята наводят красоту авто. Сами загоняют, выгоняют, но обязательно нужно записываться, так как очень востребованы!! Качество работ на высшем уровне, учитывают все пожелания. В общем, РЕКОМЕНДУЮ.

Отличное место, рекомендую попробовать. Постоянно заказываю у них мойку "Комплекс". Хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Ребята стараются, делают всё тщательно. Для посетителей имеется комната ожидания, из которой можно наблюдать за процессом.

Мыли машину первый раз, для нас важно было привести салон в порядок: не мыли его с зимы, и часто ездим с собакой. Были очень счастливы сесть в чистую машину! Вообще очень хорошее впечатление осталось: и администратор встретил, все рассказал и коврики перед дверью, после того как машину помыли, чтобы в чистой обуви сесть и не испачкать машину. Не было лишнего запах химии внутри салона - чисто и свежо. Если нужно будет качественно отмыться - выберу теперь эту мойку.

Мою только у них все свои машины уже много лет - нравится всё: от качества и гибкой ценовой политики на разные объёмы моечных процедур и до расположения этой мойки. Мне очень удобно. Легко запарковаться, посидеть и подождать хоть у них внутри в маленьком уютном кабинетике для клиентов с кофемашиной и Wi-Fi, хоть под их же тентом на лужайке напротив. А при углублённой мойке/чистке можно отдать ключи от машины администратору и пойти за покупками в Замок.
