Moreover, the administrator approached this young man twice with my question, but remained adamant. I can't help but suggest that managers consider the possibility of promoting this manager to General Director of Acceptance, as communication with the client through the secretary is excellent. To be fair, I would like to note that this is the first time I have encountered such a situation here, and previously all issues were resolved very clearly and quickly.

The service is so - so . There was a problem with the suspension in front , namely a knock on small bumps . I contacted them twice , but they could not determine the malfunction . Everything was decided after contacting Titan Motors, where the front air defenses were sentenced! And they were not mistaken . The impression is so - so . Should I go to them for the sake of a recreation area ? I don't understand this! Three stars only because of the polite staff! Regarding the official response to my review . The first thing I did was to fix all the indicated faults in the suspension. Second, I bought 4 new wheels and replaced the disc . I balanced it accordingly. After that, I called your service and agreed to a second inspection! After a second inspection, no malfunctions with the suspension were detected. But at the same time , the knock remained . Naturally, I decided to find a service that would still indicate a malfunction! And I did find it ! Do you think my story is over? No! I decided to change the car to a newer one , and sell this one . We drove 8.05.23g to the Lexus center for a full diagnosis . And what do you think? It turns out that almost all levers need to be replaced! The rear pneumatic rack is corroded and needs to be replaced - probably rusted in 1 thousand km ? 🤣 Leak in the cooling radiator - there is already a stalactite there, that is, it has been flowing for a long time. Fogging of two fuel injection pumps ! The stratification of the gimbal coupling is cracks . And it all came out within 2 months, one of which she was in the painting! Not counting the little things . It says only one thing. That the diagnosis when buying a car for the first time was not done in good faith, which led to losses! Be careful when visiting this center. Preferably located in the repair area , which I did . Because then there will be no one to take offense at, because the diagnosis will indicate that everything is fine with the car! But I can say that the last diagnosis was done well👌Special thanks to the manager Alexey, the man who does his job perfectly. Pulls the whole service, so to speak!

Yesterday we visited the showroom with my husband. They left upset, with a very unpleasant aftertaste.The fact is that we agreed on a test drive in advance, before that, my husband consulted with the manager, and we were 90% ready to buy the RX. Unfortunately, our manager got sick and redirected us to another one. During a telephone conversation with the new manager Alexey, we immediately received a refusal motivated by the employment of the car.I'll make a reservation right away - an hour earlier we were booked for a test drive in Toyota, and noticed that the test RX was in the parking lot, after returning from a test drive-the car continued to stand. After the Toyota test, we still decided to go to Lexus, a very nice consultant girl suggested waiting until Alexey had clients.We waited for more than 30 minutes, hoping to ask Alexey to drive the RX for at least 5-7 minutes in the parking lot (the spouse only needed to compare the dynamics with the Toyota, understand that the car accelerates faster -and that's it, we would be your customers).But Alexey was adamant, he stood and resisted for 15 minutes so that we would not get into the car.A very unpleasant, disinterested person, and it was clear that he was just too lazy-why bother if you can not strain yourself.Something started broadcasting about the premium segment, with a squeamish look.I would strongly advise the management to review your employees, I have not seen such disinterest in a client for a long time.This is exactly the case when people came to you and were already ready to buy a car, but because of an unpleasant manager and attitude, all desire disappeared.
