But yes, the moment does not allow it to 5. Firstly, residents talk about insufficient sound insulation, which, of course, "is not good." And secondly, every time you pass by this building, you remember the movie "Escape from Shawshank" because of the gloomy appearance. Apparently, the designers were depressed when they thought of what colors to "dress" the house in. And another thing: garbage cans, by the way, are often of an unusual round shape and quite capacious, surrounded by non-displaced packages. It's not appropriate somehow, as if dirty laundry was put out "for people". Agree, am I right?
